The experience is terrible, the chubby guy who serves is rude and does not provide good customer service.

The food is delicious, the service is the same, I only have one complaint: it happens that when they play music ? they raise the volume too much and it is annoying!

Terrible service from the waiters, they take your order in a hurry in a bad way, I don't go that often a month ago I went during the week to watch the game ?? most of the tables were full and the girl who served me was the best, good service , charismatic had more tables and none of them were neglectful of everything, it's a shame that this time we had a bad experience.

The rice looks very dry, reheated from the day before and little attention from the servers

So good. We're 2nd generation Ecuadorian so dining here is like eating at the Tia with the best sazón. Sunday is their busiest but the service and food is delicious any day of the week as per my take out habit. I'm happy they are in the neighborhood and are a veritable community staple.

Very pleasant decor, good food, though I would have liked to see more vegetable options, portions are generous. They have Sat and Sun specials. We were there on Sunday for dinner. Besides us, all the other customers were, possibly, Ecuadorian. The juices are all freshly blended- very nice. We had pineapple and papaya juices. Street parking was ok, or the 8th Ave subway is convenient. Very near City College, in Hamilton heights.

I have to give this restaurant 2 stars only because the food is really amazing, but the service and all the employees expect the cooks, are complete idiots, they have no customer service skill at all! And they always mess up the orders they are an absolute mess! And they don’t take credit cards either.
This is a family business with good Ecuadorian dishes...
