The food was not good. The gyoza's were really bad-- like mushy ravioli. We did not finish them. The sushi was meh. The service was spotty. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took a long time to get service. Seating felt cramped and the space was a bit too dark. There were gnat's flying around our food that we had to keep swatting. Food was expensive and we left feeling unsatisfied. I would not return.

Great sushi & very knowledgeable at accommodating gluten free, both for dine-in and delivery. They have GF soy sauce and their miso soup is GF too; can also adjust rolls as

What a great restaurant! The sushi is fantastic, and you can really taste how fresh it is. We tried few different rolls, and each one was delicious and had its own unique flavor. The atmosphere was really nice, too. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

First time here and noticed the staff seemed to know everyone so much so I had to ask the table near us if they come often. They did which makes sense since it’s the only sit down casual sushi place but they also loved it. The staff seemed to know everyone’s order and were super friendly. We stayed for a bit after our meal and were not rushed. Can’t wait to go a few more times and become a regular! The prices were a bit more expensive than what I was used to but the quality and rice to fish ratio made it worth it.

1st time last week, my partner and I were walking and remembered passing by other times and randomly walked in. Best decision. The food was amazing!

This is a very cute spot by Union square. Dined here last night after a workout class and wanted to get a few bites to share. We got a miso soup to warm us up, shrimp shumai, crispy rice and the salmon mango caviar roll in addition to the spicy tuna roll. Service was pretty fast and we got our food right away. Everything was tasty and fresh, the miso soup crispy rice and salmon mango caviar roll were my favorites! There was a generous portion of tuna on the crispy rice and the miso was hearty and filling. I loved the freshness of the mango in the roll. I would come back again to try more of what they offer!

One of my favorite places to eat in all of NYC! Chef Kan and his crew are top notch! Fish is incredibly fresh, and there's even plenty of tasty options for vegetarians, too! Prices are also very reasonable! Most importantly, They are also some of the kindest people I have ever met.. Highly Recommend!!Vegetarian options: Chef Kan is very inventive with his vegetarian rolls!

A delightful Japanese restaurant with delicious food; Regrettably, the serving experience fell short; the servers seemed unfamiliar with the art of Japanese food presentation. Their handling of the dishes, pushing them around, marred the visual appeal, detracting from the overall dining experience.

Great sushi! Solid service, and the interior decor is very interesting! Try the shiitaki avocado roll !

Everything at Edo rocks, but the standout was the fried rice appetizer. I also really appreciated the staff. Restaurants oftentimes make me feel rushed throughout the meal, but Edo made me feel comfortable, and we had tons of time to really enjoy our dinner and drinks. I will certainly be coming back!
