Not my first visit but first to this new, tiny location...the Lobster sandwich and Fish n Chips here is still excellent...love it...especially those fries which don't look like much in the pictures but, oohh....they are simply full-on in all its buttery goodness ??.That housemade mayo makes all the difference to amp up the natural flavours of the fish, and don't forget to dunk your fries in it too.

Used to be a cool place to hang out, discovered it cause of Blackbird. The 35$ lobster roll is a joke, well pretty much everything there is a joke for the price except the happy hour oysters.Staff is really cool, only good thing about this place.Mr. McFarland I know times are hard but please do something to improve the food quality.

The place doesn't look like much but the welcome is excellent, as is the food!

The place was empty and there was good reason for it. Grade Pending in the window made me weary. The French fries were soaky and warmed over. The mediocre lobster role didn't taste fresh. Depressing atmosphere.

I liked the old Ed's so much better, when it was near Spring St. Lobster rolls here were small and merely ok. Yeah, I know, inflation and all that. Service was indifferent. Waitstaff was too busy chatting at the bar to bring me my check until I interrupted them. I miss the old Ed's. I won't be back to this one.

It’s sad to have witnessed this great lobster roll place is such downward spiral. No ice tea for its signature John Daly, the waiter was speaking on the phone on speaker the entire time we were there. And the quality of food is is decline. I used to live this restaurant but it’s unlikely I lo return.

Food was absolutely amazing! I came here with my mom after a long day and the meals did not disappoint. Very well cooked and portions we're pretty big. I had two drinks ( cant remember the names ) but they were strong and well made. This will definitely be my go to spot when I'm around.

I had the signature lobster roll and the oysters (which are $2 on Tuesdays but they accidentally tried to charge me the regular $4 so double check your receipt on Tuesdays!) My favorite part of this meal was the fries that came with the lobster roll lol. The oysters themselves were just ok and I appreciated that they came with multiple optional toppings not just lemon. The lobster roll was quite disappointing. MP that day was 33 for the signature roll and you get a ton of lobster in it but all in all the lobster just didn't taste fresh. It wasn't that it tasted like it was spoiled, but either something was masking the flavor or it was in the back of the freezer? It noticed upon initial bite that it was quite cold. The lobster just didn't have a taste which was puzzling but mainly disappointing.

Unedible. They use bad lobster and old fish. Do not come here. Save yourself time and money, and your stomach.

Decided to stop by for a little taste of summer, which was quite welcome on a cold winter day. I got the lobster roll and the clam chowder. The food was delicious, albeit somewhat pricey for the portion size I got. I was especially impressed by the fries, which came out fresh and crispy. I also got a Paloma, which was quite nice and refreshing. The location itself had a cool aesthetic with a very instagram-able neon sign, and there is plenty of seating. All in all, it is on the more expensive side, but definitely makes for a good meal for anyone craving seafood or lobster specifically.

This place has become a tourist trap. Don't want to give out Wi-Fi code. Remove placemats from table after ordering.
