DELICIOUS! Best mofongo & chicharron in Manhattan. Takes exactly like the one in PR that my family serves me. Everything is so flavorful and juicy and the chicharron is so incredibly crispy but still fatty. Was perfect for takeout and I’ll def be going back all the time

This place is very clean, has nice staff, and cooks up pretty authentic Dominican food. I ate a delicious plate of tres golpes and received a fresh plate of food with a generous portion of mangu. Wish we had places like this on the West Coast. I will come back for sure next time I’m in NYC!

Legitimately the best chicharron I’ve ever had. They use the pork belly and the St. Louis part of the ribs - explosively delicious, crispy, juicy, all of the adjectives.The mangu is excellent, but like all fresh mangu it isn’t good for long. I definitely recommend ordering it in the morning, I haven’t tried it after 11 am, and probably wouldn’t.Finally, the morir sonando is INCREDIBLE. A good bit of cinnamon floats on top, and they use premium orange juice.Worth every penny, and I didn’t spend many

This place is super convenient. But let's talk about the most important thing. The FOOD! I have had food here a few times and it never disappoints. Today I tried the Mangu. Absolutely delicious. The service is great. A small family run store that has all the necessities you need. A true gem. ?
Kid-friendliness: I went in with a stroller and had no problem. The place is not too big however there is plenty of space in the entrance for that.
