Terrible attitude from the server when she couldn't fulfill the meal that I paid for on MealPal. I don't think it's reasonable to ask clients to be ok getting different food from what was already pre-ordered & paid for. The whole point of pre-order is so the store can prepare enough needed ingredients. Will not return & do not recommend. This place probably will not last much longer anyway given other equally poor reviews (which I didn't read ahead unfortunately.)

I wish I’d seen reviews before ordering food here. I tried their Modena Grilled Chicken and I know I will neither return there nor recommend anyone to try it. I absolutely haven’t enjoyed any bites of it. My friend ordered Roasted Rosemary Chicken and had the same negative feedback.

This review is solely based on the encounter with who appeared to be the manager, named Elvis. My sister and I grabbed seats inside the Citizens Market after getting some food from Daily Provisions in the same plaza. Unfortunately, they had forgotten to give us forks, so my sister went over to the first shop to ask for forks politely. However, Elvis must have been having a bad day because he snapped at my sister, telling her to bring her own next time. I then went over because he called me back to grab the forks, and he told me the same thing in the same aggressive tone. I declined his offer of forks and went over to Plant Nation, who had no issue giving us forks. To Elvis, be kind! Not bitter. The world needs more good than bad.

This food is gross and the menu is misleading. They said this bowl had broccolini but it’s literally just broccoli cut to look like broccolini. Both of our bowls were filled with liquid which made everything soggy. The taste overall was very unpleasant. Vegetables tasted frozen. Disappointed I spent $40 on this food!

The first bite was amazing. It had a taste that I had never tasted in Taiwan. The chicken was very tender and the sauce mixed with vegetables was delicious. But halfway through eating I felt so tired that I couldn't help but eat it. Two of the bites contained something that should be cheese, but I didn't know it was blue cheese. It tasted so bad that it made me spit it out, but other than those two bites, it was still acceptable.

I paid $9 extra for extra pesto roasted veggies and extra falafel. I got the falafel, but didn’t get the pesto roasted veggies, and also didn’t get the prawns that were supposed to come with the bowl. In other words I paid extra to get less. They also took my phone number, but I never got any text notifications. I now expect this terrible experience to be followed by marketing spam. The food was also mediocre at best.

I rarely write reviews on restaurants but I had to share this one. My lunch was so gross I had to throw the whole thing away. The chicken was a very strange color and the dressing tasted horrible.
