Walked into this place for the first time ever and walked right back out. Staff seemed annoyed to serve my party and one of the waitresses poked my leg with her pen to get my attention. Never going back.

I REALLY THINK THEY GAVE ME LEFTOVERS!As a true Dominican I've tried a plethora of Dominican dishes and this place was the absolutely one of worst Dominican food serving establishments I've ever been to in my life. The staff were super friendly and hospitable I got offered another dish but once a few things are bad and the person you are with also gets bad food you won't want to accept that offer. Nonetheless I give it 2 because they were really nice. I downloaded yelp just so people know that this is disgraceful.

Before my review starts, it's important to know one thing about this location, the quality of service here depends on who's waiting the tables when you visit. When the service is good, it's great, but when it's off it can be pretty bad. That being said, the food, particularly the lunch items and the breakfast item of mangu are most days really delicious and fresh, but prepared quickly. The location has plenty of seating and if you are visiting with a large group they are always willing to join tables together to accommodate your needs. Also, they play great selections of tropical music. A good Hispanic food chain to eat at overall.

Horrible. Yesterday I ordered paid over the phone and when the delivery man came he tried to say that I didnt pay and that he wanted me to pay him in cash. Then I showed him the recipt which clearly stated that I paid with my credit card. Today I find out that an employee used my information to order $125 worth of things from amazon (mind you this is a brand new card and they are the only establisment that I risked giving my card info too) Don't order, the food was medicore imitation at best.

Dreadful. The oxtail (which I usually love) was hard, greasy, and oversalty. They were all bone, no meat. The fried maduros were hard and dry. They're supposed to be soft. It took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver. Wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand.

I used to love ordering from this restaurant . I decided after spending an evening in the hospital that we deserved some good food! The order arrived and my boyfriend immediately noticed that something smelled bad. We ordered the combo with baked chicken. I started to eat my plate and the chicken had a bad odor. I thought maybe it was in my imagination. I asked my boyfriend to smell the chicken and it smells like wet dog! We called the restaurant to try and get a refund solely on the chicken. They only offered to send a replacement chicken. We noticed that our cat who eats everything even walked away from it. (Currently waiting on the other order of chicken)

Called at 12:17 to get food delivered. Called for an hour and they didn't pick up finally I received my food at 1:35. Cold bland food/chicken. They charge for mojitos which is stupid. Chicken didn't have no flavor. The beans were the only good thing oh yea and they forgot my morir soí±ando. Do not order from here. Save your time/money.
