The tables are clean, but somehow, we always end up with a torn seat whenever we visit. All said well worth a visit...A decent place to for a good meal.

They tried to sneak in extra charges on my bill and they 100% knew they were doing it. I saw them. The food is meh and it’s not a restaurant it’s a walk in and buffet style.
We highly recommend it! We were a group of 7 and everyone was delighted 😋 and we came back two days later for more 🤣 The service was very nice and helpful. Best place we ate in New York - delicious and affordable! Skip these disgusting American fake burgers - go for the Mexican ones 🤗😋🤣

If you are looking for something Latin, good, pretty and cheap in the heart of Manhattan, El Toro is the best place. I have eaten there 3 times and the service is very good, the meals well prepared and delicious. A hidden gem in the financial district for those who want more classic meals and not so much burgers.
