After a long day of work on a Saturday I was very much looking forward to having my first meal at 7:45pm and ordered for pick up. Being in a rush to commute back home, I kindly asked if they provided a plastic fork and napkins but the staff refused to provide simple utensils. Thought it was a small joke at first but they were serious - overall very bad experience. Now I’m left with a hot plate of food, empty stomach, and long commute back home.
