The food is always good, and the service is excellent. Have ordered a range of things and they always taste great...You definitely can’t go wrong with the food here. The tables are clean, but somehow, we always end up with a torn seat whenever we visit. All said well worth a visit...A decent place to for a good meal.

If you are looking for something Latin, good, pretty and cheap in the heart of Manhattan, El Toro is the best place. I have eaten there 3 times and the service is very good, the meals well prepared and delicious. A hidden gem in the financial district for those who want more classic meals and not so much burgers.
