What a charming little neighborhood Greek place. Our food was delicious, but the star of the show was our waiter thoughtfully detailing all the items on the menu. It made it hard to choose - everything sounded exceptional. We were ten and everyone loved what they got!

I’m not Greek but this felt really authentic (for credibility purposes I spent 8 days in Greece last year and I’m almost sure most of the staff was Greek). I am thankful my friend and I found this spot while walking around on a Thursday evening. We each ordered a glass of wine from an excellent selection and decided to split the Imam and Octapodi salad. Delicious! The imam had flavors of French onion soup and the octopus was grilled to perfection. The complimentary pita and hummus was a plus. The staff was a little slow to serve us and it almost felt like we had 3 different waiters, but overall amazing experience.

This is a wonderful Greek destination as they serve delicious appetizers, seafood, meat, and deserts are amazing! I recommend the octopus and saganaki also the Lamb chops and Lavraki and for dessert I recommend the Galaktobouriko and Baklava. Also our waiter Will was great!

Great food with an unique hospitality, very welcoming atmosphere from Eleni . She really loves the industry and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Food it self is very tasty and love their fish selections, a great fair price for Manhattan. Love their drinks and wine menu . A truly great neighborhood restaurant with a lot of passion and care . Great work Eleni 👏

I thought Eleni’s was decent but it has potential to be better it’s super cute inside and was relatively crowded on a Thursday for dinner. I loved the salad but the lettuce wasn’t washed and I was crunching sand. That gave me trepidation for the rest of the meal. The shrimp were only four and two were large and two were much smaller. The pitas were banging tho! I’m not sure id go back but thank you for having us!

The service was exceptional w/ the waitress providing wine taste tests…Had the grilled squid, fried zucchini/eggplant, octopus, swordfish, orata… The squid was not well prepared and tough but the rest was fantastic. Also didn’t care for the dessert - Galaktompouriko. Overall great experience and will be back!

Elenis is, without a doubt, a five-star experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty.
The food was the true star of the show. Every dish was a masterpiece of fresh, vibrant flavors. We started with the meze platter, which was a fantastic journey of perfectly seasoned dips and warm pita. For the main course, I had the lamb chops, and they were simply sublime—tender, juicy, and cooked to absolute perfection.
Elenis is more than just a meal; it's a memorable dining experience. The passion for quality and hospitality shines through in every detail. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. It's an absolute must-visit, and I'm already looking forward to my next reservation.

Great food and service !! One thing I didn’t like was the honey on the saganaki cheese!! That’s a no no!! Halloumi and feta cheeses taste good with it, not the saganaki though!

Bad & slow service- food was mid.
Our entire table was dairy free. Waiter incorrectly spoke abt which dishes were safe for us. Two of our dishes still came with feta in it despite us requesting it removed.
Our lamb chop was fully cooked despite requesting rare. The vegetables & fish were drenched in oil. They forgot our fries & took them another 15 min after our meals to get it.
One of the men who filled our water spilled abt half a cup into my friends salad. He didn’t even apologize he was in such a rush. The entire atmosphere was just waiters running & rushing around we couldn’t get anyone’s attention. We were very disappointed in the quality of service & food.

Excellent and fresh food. Many seafood options, as well as meats. The lemon potatoes were outstanding - that's a side getting increasingly hard to find.

Highlight was the chocolate mousse. Chicken Kebab was dry and flavourless and would have appreciated a spicy sauce that is made from scratch. Salad was fresh and feta creamy. Nice Terrace in a nice neighborhood. Was left with a lack of real greek top flavours but food was fresh.
