A restaurant that carries the typical« Upper-east » restaurant, ambiance is great !!
Food is Ok but probably not realized by Italia s and very salted. Desserts were mediocre.

This might be my favorite restaurant in NYC. I’ve been here 3 times in the past month and each visit is better than the last.

I love starting off with a salad or the beef carpaccio or the mussels. Then for mains, the best things to order are the steak and the PEA PASTA (I forgot what it’s called). Any pasta you get will be delicious—lasagna (Sundays only), penne ala vodka, or the vongole. Don’t miss out on their dessert! Our faves were the chocolate...

Loved Elio's, we discovered it on a holiday, so good we went twice in a week, lovely old time NY vibe to the place, food and drinks are great (especially their Fried Zucchini, Calamari, Vongole & Manhattans) but even better are the staff, really attentive, especially the maître d, head waiter and barman, they were really warm and welcoming with a great NY sense of humour, Elios has a real buzz to it no wonder all the celebs go there to.
