Listen to the reviews and eat before or after and not here. Menu options sound good but sandwich, panini, bakery option, even fries - all terrible. High school cafeteria but worse. Neat touch that the chairs are original style but seating is crowded and uncomfortable

The staff is wonderful. The food is awful. This is, without exaggeration, the worst meal I ever had to pay money for. Bread was stale and dry, meat was dry and flavorless, fries were dry and overcooked. Look, expectations are low at a place like this, but it's just not fair to charge good people money for food like this. They should drop 75% of the menu and prepare just a few, select items, at a higher quality. People don't expect a diverse menu, they just want a simple, decent meal. Make that happen and you'll get 5 stars.

Had New Yorker burger, Torch spicy chicken and Chicken tender before touring the Island. Food photo looks great but the taste and burgers are just average, Chicken not tender at all.

DO. NOT. LOOK. AT. THE. PICTURES. ON. THE. TV. MENU. THAT. CHANGE. EVERY. THREE. SECONDS. AND. THINK. IT. MIGHT. BE. GOOD.

IT IS NOT!

I don't think I have ever been so let down with a meal. There were points i was forcing it down because I was so hungry. And I had just come from the food exhibit... dreaming of the crackers and milk the people in 1920 got for THEIR meals.

It's giving Celeste pizza from Temu.
It's giving Jet 2 holiday.

This is the food representing lady liberty?! Well buckle up that toilet seat belt, cause you'll go for a ride.

Whatever you do , hold ya hunger and go somewhere else, I ordered a steak panini and received a steak small sub sandwich which is overpriced of the amount of food. I asked the register lady is this what you consider a panini knowing damn well it’s a small sub sandwich , and was told yea that’s a panini. Absolutely the worst food experience I ever had going to nyc .

The ice cream is so bad - it really was the worst ice cream I've ever had. The one on Liberty Island looked good! It's not the same sadly :( waste of money

Poor quality food, with probably the worst coffee I’ve had in the states. Avoid at all costs!

Very disappointing experience. Nowhere did it say that they don’t accept Apple Pay—you only find out after ordering and trying to pay, which is extremely inconvenient.

I ordered ice cream, which was already melted by the time I got it. The taste was terrible—not edible at all. Spent more time trying to figure out payment than actually enjoying anything.

Not recommended unless they update their system and improve food quality.

This was the worst ice cream I've had in my life. Don't know what it's made of, but it's not cream, and not vanilla. Threw it out and just ate the cone.

For new york, prices aren't bad. Other than bottled drinks, they only had Starbucks drinks. Everyone was very nice and patient. Seating inside is slightly limited. Food is acceptable, nothing to write home about.

Worst vegan burger i’ve had in the past 8 years.

I asked for a cup of water to go with my food and the employee told me that I’d have to get a bottled water id have to pay for instead of just giving me tap water for free. They said the best they could do was giving me a cup of ice. Are we being stingy with tap water now? Also food is overpriced for what it is. I got the personal pan pizza and it is a good size but incredibly thin so not worth it. The food is very school cafeteria tier and I was confused on how to pay and I was walking to ask my partner to figure out how and the cashier lady embarrassed me in front of everyone by loudly yelling at me and making everyone around me think I stole food

For a national park spot, this was pretty solid. Prices were reasonable and the food was good. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich stood out, and the onion rings were nice and crispy.

The space had a cool vibe with art that highlights the immigrant experience, which added to the overall atmosphere. Worth a stop if you’re visiting.
