I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, I haven’t received no type of correspondence. I have tried emailing several times and received no response. I don’t know why I didn’t look at the reviews before I placed the order. The year I said I want to support black owned business, and I experienced this. Took the money out of my account, no confirmation and no product. So now I’m at a lost of money and I never received product. ☹️ #wewonderwhy…

I placed my order on 02/16/2023 and have not received my product as of 03/01/2023 but they had no problem receiving my money. I wish that I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Buyer beware !!

I placed an order on jan 18th. Now it’s February 7. It’s been 3 weeks I’ve called..texted and emailed and no response. I want a refund. I will never order from here again i promise you that.

I placed an order for a 32oz size bottle of their colon cleanse, PAID for it, and only received the 8oz size and NO ONE will return my email/messages/complaint. Horrible business

I placed an order on the 4th of November it is now the 11th and during that time I haven't gotten a confirmation email no order number or nothing, but they took my money. I would love to support the business but you can't reach no one and there is no information about your order, so my advice to anyone who want to purchase from this site you might want think again!

Ordered on August 10th it is now August 24th!!!! 14 days with no confirmation email showing my order is confirmed. But they definitely took the money out if my account, I'm an advocate supporter of Black Owned Business, but that's until they show that they are unprofessional and lack simple or basic communication skills. If you don't mind wasting TIME and Money!!!! This is the place for you!!!!

Placed an order on July 30, and as now, I have not received my order. I sent an email, and even inbox the company on FB and I’ve gotten no response! This is my first time buying, and it will also be my last!

I have been waiting for my product for two months. They don't answer emails to get a refund or answer questions, so you are just stuck and no telling when you will get your product or refund; there is no communication from the company either way.

It's a hard no for me. Trying to support a black business and got scammed. No tracking number, no product, and no response. Avoid at all cost! And before you respond with your .apologies just run me my refund!!!

Ordered my product on June 26th. Today is July 20th. I haven’t received anything. No product. No update on purchased product(s). Tried calling several times, with no ability to leave a message (mailbox full). Emailed them and got no response…. Poor service all around. $150.00+ lesson for me! ????

Ive only done online ordering but they have legit products with thee best customer service. I thank God i found them

There are a lot of specific medical claims being made on this site - they indicate that products can treat or prevent any number of diseases, including cancer, diabetes, asthma, ED, and many others, but none of these products are FDA approved as medicines. Not only is this unethical, but I’m pretty sure it’s against the law.

Sent a glass bottle without proper packaging-glass broke -liquid spilled during shipment. Sent an email upon receipt regarding broken bottle-spilled product on 1/17/21 requesting a refund to date no response nor refund . I’ve disputed The charge with my bank -today some guy named James replied to my comment -says they don’t give refunds. Perhaps they shoujd spend some money on better shipping and a plastic bottle
