Estes is the best quality location for chicharones. Better than 173. The only thing is, I don't know if they have that liquid or seasoning that they put in the Dominican Republic separately.
This is how chicharrones are supposed to be made! The crispiest, juiciest and most flavor packed I’ve had from a restaurant frankly ever! It’s quick and (not) dirty, you come in eye the golden crispy piece of pig meat and watch them weight it and hack it up, so satisfying. They have a few side options, I went with the arroz moro (which is a black rice cooked with black beans together) and say yes to the gravy.
