Went on Sunday for their bottomless brunch, it was really good. My friend doesn't drink alcohol and they managed to accommodate her by making mocktails that weren't on the menu. Overall, it was an amazing experience, would definitely go back.

It was a pleasant surprise. We had a very good table. We were able to celebrate our staff's birthday and definitely will return good service. We were greeted by a great hostess. Our server was very attentive and accommodating. Our drinks were good we had mocktails it's beautiful space.

Easily one of the worst places I've dined at. Upon entering, the hostess was rude and dismissive. On one of only Saturdays that NYC has had nice weather so a moderate brunch crowd should have been anticipated at this establishment, there were 2 waitresses working the entire floor yet we waited 30 minutes before anyone even came over to offer water or take our orders. Then once the food came, because we had a whole half hour of watching other ppl's food come back and forth to notice, half of the order on my friend's plate was missing. The cocktails tasted more like mocktails and after the whole experience, we still had to dine at another venue because we didn't want to order anything further here but we were still hungry. We chose Elsie Rooftop based on an IG influencer suggestion and now I definitely feel like she was paid to say what she said about this place.

I booked a table here on Friday for birthday party, reserve was made a day before for 8:30 pm, 4 ppl, when i arrived the host tell me that we have only 1:30h to stay, after we have to leave.. I was confused cause i heard about first time, the host said this is a reservation policy for weekends night’s, they have a lot of reservations, and information at the web site ( i check the web site that’ nothing about that, when i recieve confirmation of my reservation - nothing about) I was try to spoke w our server if that’s posiible to do something w that, cause in last minute on my birthday party i have to find other place whitch is sounds not so good. Hopfully our server was figure out it, but in general first impression was not good, after 1:30h there was still a lot available tabels and nobody came. First round of drink’s was ok, but next one wasn’t worth it ( too strong and oversweet) service was really slow, nobody take care of flowers ( we ask for that few times)

Was there for a private work event. Staff was awesome, drinks were great and views are nice.

Elsie Rooftop lights up Midtown every Friday with its recurring Salsa Night—Perched 25 floors up, the night kicks off with a fun, beginner-friendly dance lesson before the live band and DJ take over, keeping the energy high with nonstop Latin beats. The skyline views are stunning, the cocktails flow, and the crowd brings all the good vibes. Whether you’re out with friends or on a date, it’s a perfect way to shake up your Friday night!

Decent spot, worth checking out. Ensure to have a reservation. They don’t have a good beer selection.

Nice rooftop! Expensive drinks though!

Please tell me why I just showed up at 10:30 to an already closed bar that shows open until 12 on both google and their private website? Guess they don’t want the post theater crowd. Will not be trying my luck again based on false advertising.

I would give Elsie's Rooftop zero stars if I could. I was informed the evening before that the rooftop had been 'bought out' and our reservations would be changed to the 'penthouse'. Although I was disappointed the weather forecasted rain so I kept the reservation. We arrived, hoping to be seated in a penthouse.....it was more like a dark gym with a few seats in each of four corners. There was a group of people in one corner, otherwise, the huge dark dank room was empty. We sat briefly and after 5 minutes left- our server had never even come over and it was the least attractive commercial space I had ever been in. What a joke!

My family and I visited for Mother's Day Brunch and had a wonderful experience. The location is spectacular, the bottomless mimosa brunch was much appreciated. We all enjoyed our meals, my daughter, who never finishes her plate, cleaned her plate of French Toast! The Shakshuka, egg in a hole and sliders were all so tasty. Even the bowl of fruit was plentiful. I would highly recommend the brunch. Thank you for making my Mother's Day wonderful.

We paid in advanced and once seated we tried to waive someone down for 45 minutes of our 90 minute slot and when we finally got someone she went to the manager to get help who said I don't care you do what I ask now and walked away. I went and found her myself and said I wanted a refund and left. We were refunded however this was a horrible experience for Mother's Day.

Overall a nice bar with a really cool vibe, however the service was not that great, as out drinks took quite some time to get to us. At one point somebody with us had ordered a rose and it took over 15 minutes to get. We understand it might have been busy, however this was a little upsetting. Other than this, our server was incredible, the food was very delicious and the birthday cake was awesome. We would come back and give it another try.
