Service is what's expected round here, nonexistent. The store layout is awful, it's a long hallway where people have to dance & wrestle to get in or out. The offerings aren't bad, but not worth all the work

Worst places to order from ! Frist of you call & they are yelling on the phone so getto , than you call ahead of timing to Orders your food For Pick up so when I get there it will be ready & can you believe they started it the order when I got there making me waste more time in the unprofessional location at that a ladie Ana is very rude & nasty talking back to the costumer when I told them it was wrong to have someone call for pick up n they don't take the order !!!! Why Call ahead Of Timing ???!!! If they not gonna TAKE the order !!!! Made my Uber over charge me for waiting for them to make my food when I called for pick up doesn't make any sense this location is gonna loose alot of customers including me & my family... Don't not 🚫 order from HERE BAD SERVICE in this location

I was surprised with the variety of empanada options. I bought several varieties for a potluck and they were all gone.

Always clean, fresh and quality in the food, everything fresh, the service always 1A that everyone's tastes are not the same, we know that, that's why I like that there are different varieties of empanadas, the oil is always clean in sight of everything. That's why I always go to that place to drink my quality juices, not like other juices that are garbage. The man is always kind and not like other business owners, he treats you badly, excellent.
Kid-friendliness: You can take your children there are small chairs to eat there are quickly excellent

I give it 4 stars since previously they prepared the healthiest empanadas and for some time now they have been making them with a lot of oil and I feel the quality of the ham is not the same.
In any case, those who are already used to buying will notice it, but those who are not, I don't think they will buy it again. I prefer empanadas made in the oven.

The empanadas were a bit disappointing with the amount of filling. However, the price ranged from $2.50 to $4 for some of the flavors, which was more reasonable. Street parking only. Cash and credit are both accepted. I highly recommend the juice there. 05/2024

Come in for empanadas, although we call them empanadas. I ordered a guava with cheese expecting something tastier. And I found something that made me nauseous. A pink mixture that looked like vomit. It is as if they cooked the guava together with the cheese. I didn't take a photo because I threw it away. Such a simple recipe is using guava paste and cream cheese and that's it. The two ingredients melt when the empanadilla is fried and what a delight! But this was something strange and something that I have never eaten in Puerto Rico or in pastries in other Colombian or Mexican countries. I also ordered a chicken one. Two simple dumplings, right? My God! That wasn't chicken. A dry ball that I almost choked on and tasteless. A good chicken dumpling should be with stewed and very juicy chicken. The dumpling dough is also dry. And I threw it away too. Honestly, I'm not coming back.

I was so disappointed with the empanadas I had today. It's like they just threw in a frozen seafood mix without even bothering to season it. And don't even get me started on the stale yuca ball. This place used to be so much better in the past.

I ordered a mixed picadera, where some of the empanadas were still raw and didn't taste well, there wasn't much food which was shocking since I paid $70 for it, I was expecting way more and better quality food.
