Really calm spot (I showed up at around 5 or so) the food was good and didn't take long to arrive. The soup dumplings were delicious with the soy sauce and the pork buns were soft and airy combined with the pork inside.

A hole in the wall little place in Manhattan that does mostly takeout (saw dozens of New Yorkers picking up dinner on their way home from work) but also has dine-in seating for about a dozen guests. The two of us scooped up window seating and ordered the Taiwanese beef noodle soup ($14), 8 piece pan fried pork & chives dumplings ($9) and the House pan fried lo mein with vegetables, beef and shrimp ($15). The servings are fresh, hot, tasty with healthy portions. The only thing that wasn’t great was the bubble tea that was a bit too sweet. Definitely recommend for take out or dine in.

There are very few times when I've literally had to throw away the food. The spicy chicken is so hard and dry it's basically inedible. It wasn't cheap either. Atmosphere is fine and service was fine. The spicy chicken was, even for a person who hates to waste food, basically inedible.

Best dumplings. Got there at 805 wasn't allowed to eat indoor due to them closing at 830. Hard to eat dumplings on the side walk, but for these I would.

The good reviews are there because you get a free soda if you give 5 stars.
The food tasted very plain and the meat tasted like old meat.
The tables were dirty.
The cool thing was that there was a virtual waitress.

Food was mid, not even. Dumpling fried came out super soggy. Orange chicken was so sweet, like candy very saucy…
Staff friendly. But was so hot could have turned on A/C, sweating eating there.
