Standard corner American Chinese takeout restaurant. A lot of fried dishes. Clean spot, busy and popular in the neighborhood, friendly staff, flamethrower in the kitchen for the wok.

We ordered in-person, waited about 15 minutes and got the food. We used the $15 coupon to get wonton soup.I’ve been to lots of Chinese food spots and one thing that really stood out in this one was the quality of the design of the restaurant and the customer service.The place was very inviting and well designed. Mood lighting on the ceiling real wood and stone all over the place.When I ordered my food I asked if they spoke Fuzhonese and asked what the word for chicken was in Fuzhonese and they happily told me and took my order! Lots of other customers we taking special request for their food and they had people on staff to help with the special orders.The food was not amazing just on par for what you’ll get in the area but the service was definitely worthy of this review.

I ordered, 30 dollars worth food, the chicken wing was old, and the boneless spear was very dry, I will not order from this Empire 4, will oder from my Empire on 116th, 5th ave, this is the last time I am getting food from Empire 3.

They don't inform customers about a free soda with their orders over $15. It's very SELFISH of them, so 1 star for that !!!
I ordered food at 7:50 and still haven't gotten my food yet its now 9:55 first it was somebody stole the food from the driver and they was remaking everything fresh and the driver was on his way another 20/30 minutes go by i call back and now my food is on hold now they are trying to charge me twice for food i already paid for and money they took out of my account already . I wont be ordering from this place no more

Just to start off I have been a long term patron of this establishment. This week the food quality hit an all time low there were forgiven objects in my food metal fillings and hair! Tried calling back sent to voicemail. So I went to return the food in which was delivered. Huge inconvenience after a long day of work might I add. I inform the person behind the counter of the issue and he proceeds to deny what is right in his face. I was appalled! This is unacceptable for any business to operate like this. I just want to put out my experience to warn others. Empire 111 has lost a loyal customer.
