We had a very bad experience at Empire Burger.
First of all, the options displayed on the menu outside did not match the menu inside. This gave a misleading impression right from the start.
Next, we ordered a cucumber cocktail, but it was extremely disappointing: unbalanced, lacking in flavor, and way too strong (though this might come down to personal preference).
For the main course, the burger was priced at $17 but was served without fries. We had to add fries for an additional $8, which is excessive. Additionally, I ordered a mac and cheese for $16, which, unfortunately, caused me to be sick after.
The service was equally disappointing: while we were still eating, we were pressured to pay the bill. The waitress claimed she needed to leave, even though the restaurant was still full, and there were plenty of other servers available.
In summary, between the poor quality of the food, the overpriced menu, and the unprofessional service, our experience was extremely unsatisfactory. We absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

Definitely not a burger house … service was uncomfortable and never checked on us while eating . The burgers were pre made patties over cooked with zero flavor. tomatoes were mushy & lettuce soggy. Truffle fries were simply seasoned with garlic salt - fried zucchini extremely bland . Over priced for the quality of food .

$86 for 2 people? Small slimy salad, 2 sweet teas, two burgers made from frozen Patty's, truffle fries with zero truffle, and fried zucchini with zero taste? Food was tasteless and looked like everything was frozen before warming up. An absolute joke of a place.

The prices outside are different than the prices inside. We were looking for the burger restaurant and they have a section inside the steakhouse for the burger restaurant. They didn’t have a table big enough in our section so they sat us in the more expensive section. They treated us horrible. They gave us both menus and I ordered off of the steakhouse menu while the rest of the party ordered off of the burger menu. The food was good but not worth the treatment. They did not check on us after we had ordered and my food came out well after my group finished eating. They did not offer to give us our checks and did not come back to our table so we had to get someone’s attention. They did not split our checks and when we asked they made us do it ourselves. We told him what items were ours and he came back saying $13 was unaccounted for. The $13 was tax that we figured he would factor in when splitting our checks. We put another card down to cover it since they did not want to split it. We got our receipts back and they switched cards around and charged the wrong amounts. For being such a nice establishment the service was horrible. They treated us like we didn’t belong (keep in mind I ordered off of the more expensive menu). The disrespect was unreal whole dining and once I had mentioned I was going to leave a review to my group they over heard and started being nice. It should not take that decency.

Takeout rare burger was well done. Asked for a side of mustard, got ketchup. The fies seem to be from frozen. Not worth the $22. I've had $12 comve better than that. And for a steakhouse, I wouldn't attempt it, if they don't know how to cook meat.

Took my son & goddaughter and everything was great. The waitress was very friendly and nice. The food was great. Son had the Bleu cheese really good and juicy. We enjoyed the entire time. Definitely recommend

Somebody call gordon ramsey! Burgers were burned and chicken tasted metallic and the „buffallo sauce“ was pure oil. Servers were lovely but the restaurant seems to be badly understaffed. The atmosphere is nice but as mentioned due to it being understaffed it took ages to get served. Although the prices were fair.

The waitress with the blonde hair gave us such attitude. We came on Thursday evening at 8pm. I came in with my wife and my daughter. We were seated and we were asked what we would like to drink and we looked for a few seconds and she said give you a few. And then came back and gave us water 30 mins later and spills it all over the table and walks away with the spill on the table. She gave us very poor service and didn't care about us. Don't come here unless you like to be treated poorly. The food was mediocre. She didn't even ask how we would like our food cooked.
