Brought my wife here for her birthday. Empire Steak was on my list of "must go" places while visiting NYC. The place has fantastic online reviews and our experience surpassed even the best online review. All their steak is dry-aged 28 days. For consumers of dry-age, you know its not all the same. This was, without a doubt the best 28 day dry age ribeye i have ever had. I could smell the dry age when it came to the table, and i knew it would be good. I eat steak 5-7 nights...

Great steak (I had the bone-in ribeye) and cooked to exactly the medium-rare I had requested. Highly recommend the appetizer I had (canadian bacon) and the service was top-notch and friendly. Wine list also quite good. Can't ask for much more!
