This is a solid choice for hot pot, but I think there are probably better hot pot places in Manhattan. It has decent hot pot and ingredients but everything’s pretty standard and nothing’s really special that makes me want to come back again. Also I came for Saturday lunch and there wasn’t a lot of people there… Next time I want hotpot in Manhattan I will probably try a different spot, but this is not a bad option if you are looking for a standard, little above average hot pot.

I'm not going to dissuade anyone from trying it. I didn't like the food, but that's more of a personal thing. This is more like an experience. Did it once. Not trying it again.
Their service was amazing, I must say.

I visited this restaurant on my birthday, and it was such a funny and special experience! The staff played a birthday song for me and celebrated together, which made me feel really happy and appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious, making the entire experience even more memorable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who looking a good hot pot place.

Apparently they were understaffed when we went, so it took a while to be seated and fill out our order. Our waiter was very kind and apologetic, and even let us order a shaved ice after they stopped serving them, so that was very nice - he's a great guy.
My bigger issue is the pricing. They charge for rice AND the sauce bar! I'm only calling that out specifically because I've NEVER been charged for the sauce bar at ANY hot pot, and I usually expect complimentary rice. I'm definitely choosing a different place unless I see this change in the future
Recommended dishes: Hot Pot, Shaved Ice
Kitchen closed 2 hrs before closing and they sent us to their sister location which ALSO closed 2 hrs before they said online

Too expensive, not worth it...
To be honest, it’s mediocre and far inferior to Chongqing Laozao😓

Service here is a little bit slow... but the overall star is given based on my food opinion. I especially like the crispy pork that was so nicely done 😋. The rest have pretty standard ingredients but the pork bone broth is quite tasty.

The food and dining experience was fantastic! Our youngest loves "hot pot" and led the way! Easy to order via iPad. Would recommend for the experience however left us feeling hungry! #upsidedownpizza up the street

Recommended dishes: Spicy Beef Tallow Base, Hot Pot
We tried the dual-soup option with the Beef Tallow Broth and Pig Broth. Both were decent, but lacked depth in flavor for my personal taste. The hot spice level is seriously fiery.
Friendly staff and a great atmosphere add to the experience. Don’t miss the frosty mango dessert—it’s absolutely delicious and the perfect way to cool down.

Broths mediocre in taste. There is nothing that makes ER hotpot stand out compared to other options.

Seems like a sketchy situation! Not only did they forget one of my orders not once, not twice, but three times! It reached a breaking point when we decided to cancel the final order out of sheer exhaustion from reminding them. As if that wasn't enough, the real kicker came with the bill. There was a mysterious "lunch combo - $69" added by restaurant on dinner bill. Questioning this oddity led to its swift removal without a single word of explanation, only to be replaced by an unexpected $8.79 per person "self-service fruit seasoning" charge “by default”. The only fruit available at their sauce bar - oranges. What a rollercoaster of a dining experience!

The environment is dirty and there are flies flying around all the time.
The seat is narrow and the feet are very uncomfortable
The food is not fresh and I will have diarrhea the next day.
