Absolutely must try this place ! Bagels are made fresh with variety of spices! Had two of their favorites the Pepe and the chicken Parmesan both were very filling and delicious ! We will be again to try out other bagels options ! May favorite part is they load up load up the bagels , they don’t short you on the meats ! Highly recommend

What a disappointment. Had high hopes based on this being one of the bagel spots to hear of being the best. But after waiting in line for nearly an hour the service was incredibly rude and the bagels extremely subpar. Dry and hard without a good chew. Salt bagel absolutely coated so had to wipe a bunch off. Check out Brooklyn bagels for a much better experience.

Super busy but worth the wait. Bagels are crispy, and large in size. Had the signature on an everything bagel and it was great. I did not like the black & white cookie, however. Ordered it because I’m a Seinfeld fan, but it was too sweet and too soft. More of a cake than a cookie.

Honestly, not even close to being up there for the best NYC Bagel in my opinion. The signature favorite sandwich was decent but the actual bagels were stale and dry. The garlic bagel was burned and had a rough aftertaste. The banana nut cream cheese was pretty good but the artificial banana taste took getting used to.
