Everyone and everything is extremely unorganized with to-go orders on the floor. We ordered 3 bagels, 2 sandwiches and one with just cream cheese. all the bagels itself were cold and not at all toasted. We took the two sandwiches back to the front to have them remade and the lady very rudely said to get back in line. Overall not how you should run a business.

I waited in line for 30 minutes this morning for a bagel which was totally ok. The employees were SO hardworking and moving In 3x speed though!! They were great! It was a totally ok bagel overall and I wouldn’t have waited for it had I known.
