This one is a gem, absolutely love coming here for my lunch break, great food and super friendly staff, food is great around 11:45-12:45ish straight out of the oven and stoves 🙏🏽🔥🔥

The “Hot Food” was actually Cold, & NOT Fresh. I felt like the chicken was alien meat instead. I got the ick so bad, plus the food is expensive and overpriced. No thank you. First & Last time coming here.

Beware of price gouging, beverage price list inside all of the fridges so they don’t showcase them lol an energy drink is $5.75 and a protein bar is $5 this place is a total rip off

Tried ordering a burger at 11.30 today and encountered the rudest member off staff!! Asked for cheeseburger and fries and was treated with a very attitudey what what what what .very sarcastic.. I asked again and he decides to puff out his chest and mimick me.. he thought he was god's gift!! I told him how rude he was and he just laughed and kept mimicking me... Very convenient no managers about to complain... I visit new York regular with work and I shall not be returning! Not the experience I expect..the pic shows the extremely rude employee.

I'm just adding my voice to the chorus of satisfied customers. This spot offers a simple, pleasant environment. Staff members performed with the excellence this place is known for. Essen Fast Slow Food delivers notably superior dishes. All aspects of this restaurant impress me and I'll definitely visit regularly !

Excellent lunch spot!

The price is out of control. Everything is so overpriced. $14.99/lb hot bar while no longer salmon and shrimps. $11 mediocre sandwiches and $15 for every rice bowls.

They got everything in store: hot food, cold food, fast food slow food ~ a variety of different foods to choose from, Korean food, Chinese food and Japanese food.

It’s more than a supermarket.

Best place for breakfast, lunch or light meal. They serve sandwiches, bagels, juice, soup, coffee and more.
It’s quick but healthy and not over processed.
I feel ppl who work here are warm and kind. My belly and heart are full with foods and their hospitality.
There are tables and chairs upstairs.

I visited them 7:00-7:30.
Cold foods were not ready yet but some hot foods were ready.
Would recommend to visit not so early if you wanna enjoy hot and cold foods.

Great food! Easy to take it on the run or eat there.

M second time visiting here, first one also wasn’t great ,, this time one more worse then first time service bad experience both cashiers are very rude… and very expensive too
