The food was good. The waiter was nice. The restaurant isn't hard to find. The prices for the food were decent. They probably should add more non-fish meat options though.

If you like Greek food, I advise you to go there. Very nice salads, very nice appetizers and the main course is really delicious. I liked the seafood the most there. Summary, it is a very good Greek restaurant in Manhattan.

I had a group dinner here. The entire table thought the food was meh. More specifically, the ingredients weren't very fresh or well done for this price point. I ordered a ribeye and it tasted more like a skirt steak. Half the table didn't finish their food. And to top that off it took us probably 25 or 30 minutes to pay the bill because they were rigid and didn't want to split the check. Plus they had a rule that they could only take four credit cards. We are in a high-tech world and there should be a way for us to easily pay for our own items, especially in a mixed crowd.

Delicious food, everyone enjoyed their meal. My salmon was prepared really well and not over cooked. Nice ambiance with low volume groovy music.
Menu is a little steep tho.

We decided after dinner at home to step out for an appetif. A warm summer breeze was blowing off the river, couples were out in their summer finery, families out and about and lots of pups on their evening stroll -- owners in tow. Ethos warmly welcomed us encouraging us to choose any free table outside. We sat at the corner sipping tall glasses of chilled prosecco, enjoying a NYC summer evening at its best. We stayed for two rounds, well cared for by our wait staff. Ty Ethos. We will be back for dinner soon!

Food was great and service okay but the unnecessarily loud music made for an unpleasant experience. We asked for the volume to go lowered and it was for about three minutes. Then turned up to excruciating. Why do they do this??
Decided to return to Ethos after an extended absence. Food ( lamb chops, lemon potatoes and side of spinach and Greek salad) was very good. Service attentive and satisfactory. . Ryan , the manager recognized us with a warm welcome and offer of something to go with my coffee after our meal. We will return soon to have their fish and Greek salad which we like!.
A Greek restaurant with good food and a beautiful place, one of the best restaurants in New York. Worth a try.

I've been going to Ethos for over 5 years and always enjoyed my meal. Tonight I was very disappointed. The food was just so so and our waitress was not good at all. She forgot to order the Ethos chips for our appetizer and never came over to see if our meal was good. I don't think I'll come back anytime soon.
