Cafe was clean and service was great when we stopped in after a broadway show. We know it’s a toss up in Times Square but the cupcakes in the window looked good - at almost $6 a piece the cupcakes are just not worth it. The chocolate and red velvet both lacked flavor and were a bit dry.

Worst cafe!!! Don’t waste your money. I got a chocolate cupcake and hot chocolate. The cupcake was hard as rock and the taste of the frosting was DOWN BAD. Employees keep on shouting at you if you are unsure about the order. I asked them about the hot chocolate’s size and he literally shouted at me FOR ASKING. Unbelievable. Surprisingly I bonded with another customer who was here because of the way the employee treated us and now we’re friends😂.

I would say this is far by the worst cafe i have been to. The picture of the cupcake attached is hard as a rock and the frosting tastes like a cheap one. The coffee I took was not tasty either and their customer service was down bad. I asked the employee about the coffee sizes. He shouted at me “WE DONT SELL THAT SIZE FOR THIS COFFEE” like bro calm down I only asked you. He was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend.

Went 5/20/2025. I had the everything bagel or sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese and it was so good , my brother and I went back to the same place the next morning. My nephew said on Long Island the are just as good . We laughed and didn’t say anything . Nothing like NYC bagels !!!!!!!!!!!

I love Europan Cafe! My work brings me to New York City at all times of the day and night so, as a commuter coming from New Jersey, I'm grateful for a spot open 24 hours near the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Truly, it's a haven for me from 2:00am to 5:00am when most places in the area are closed, or sketchy. Europan Cafe, however, is a clean, comfortable, brightly lit place with ample tables and chairs. They have beautiful pastries and a wide selection of food and drink. I usually get a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a large cup of coffee - my perfect breakfast!

My family of 4 ordered breakfast from here . We had everything from eggs, bacon, homefries, French toast, crepes, and the meat lovers omlette. Soooo good, food stayed hot and they supplied us with plenty of Utensils, Napkins, syrup, jam etc.... we took ours back to the hotel room to eat. After placing my order, i told the woman i would run to dunkin for my drinks and come right back. When I came back food was ready and perfectly wrapped. Service was exceptional and we will definitely visit again when back in New York. Wasn't going to try this place based on a few reviews, but glad I did.

Below average tresleches cake. The owner was super rude and racist. I asked for an extra fork to share my cake with a friend and they started going on a friggin rant about how all brown and black people dont spend money. Genuinely disgusted at this. All that for a subpar slice of overpriced cake is crazy
