Tourist trap. They benefit a lot from the location. I was walking past from my hotel and noticed the pretty looking desserts. Desserts were stale and the paninis were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. The guy offered me a replacement for the old cannoli (after some sass). Will make sure to check reviews from here on out.

Always come in here after work today I was told I can't order what I want because “its off” I tried to order a bacon egg and cheese at 6am but I guess they don't serve breakfast untill 11am? Like common its 6:15am!!!

Bought a Black and White cookie for $5.25 . It was so dry I couldn't eat it. My granddaughter ask for a Giant chocolate chip cookie with the Big Choc chips and they gave her small chips. Never again!

Samuel and others that work the night shift have an extremely rude attitude towards their customers, frequently yelling at custolers. I usually stop for tea & a appleturnover.

The baked goods will draw you in, but the real star is the surprisingly large and varied menu of sandwiches, bowls, salads, paninis, quesadillas, etc. There is truly something for everyone at prices that are relatively affordable for Times Square and with actual climate controlled seating. Skip the flashier chains and take a break from the craziness here.

Didn’t receive my online order despite giving them an order number and showing them the charge on my card. Then had to order a second time and left. Didn’t even receive my whole order. Staff were inflexible and couldn’t troubleshoot a solution to save their life.

Certainly with a service like this a customer loses the desire to return, I had been seeing the shop window for a week and I couldn't wait to go in.

We recently stopped by Europan Cafe in Times Square and were pleasantly surprised by their delicious cakes. The cake we tried was moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a great treat after a long day of sightseeing. We'll definitely be back to try more of their pastries!
