This place has changed so much, I don’t know where to begin, I’ve been going here my whole life and thought it was friendly and cared about the community but that is no longer the case. The delivery boys that hang out in the restaurant all day leave no room for paying customers and the bike the all have block the entire way of the sidewalk most of the day and create a bottle neck and blocks the sidewalk so that makes it Impossible to get around the front entrance of the residential building if your wheelchair bound like my mother, and car access to the front of the building is impossible so access-a-ride has to park down the street but then we can’t wheel past the bikes, literally boxed us in.I’ve asked them to have them park their bikes in a way that doesn’t block the street but the guys inside give me the worst looks and pretend they don’t speak English and say the owner isn’t here and they can’t do anything about it. So I guess I’ma call the city cause they don’t care about their neighbors.

Primarily a Mexican snack bar, highly recommended for a quick lunch. The atmosphere is also quite funny. We actually went there twice during our stay in NYC.We can't say anything about the shop with nutritional supplements for fitness.

Love this place. There was a falafel burrito called the “Lazy Hustler” that might be off the menu. Eva, if you’re reading this please bring it back. I had the chicken burrito last time I ordered and it was fantastic.
My only regret is that I just discovered this place. The food is amazing, and the portions are big. Super friendly staff and a really cute girl works there. Looking for an amazing post workout meal, this is the place. Oh yeah and excellent hot sauce

I ordered through UberEats. I got the Carnitas Burrito bowl and chips and guacamole and it was delicious. Good portions as well!!
With Eva’s it is a gamble if they will get your order correct. The last order was wrong, we called them, and the store person said “Yeah, next time remind us what you order.” We were STUNNED. Remind you? How about you just read it, and get it right? “Maybe they were busy when they packed it up.” Huh??? So I should only order from places that are slow, and aren’t busy with customers?? They screw up ALL the time. They don’t offer a credit for their mistakes. It’s “Remind us how to get it right”?? Yet another business going down the tubes. This was the final order from our house.

Shocked it’s taken me so long to review this place considering how much I come here. Flat out this is my favorite healthy spot in the city and maybe anywhere. The only place you can TRUST isn’t lying to you about the oil they’re using or the macros of a dish. They’ve served Manhattan for decades and there’s a reason why. Eva’s is a tremendous institution that I’m grateful for. And lord those little carrot cakes….the best
