This is a cool restaurant nestled on the 3rd Floor of the Virgin Hotels. The atmosphere and decor are unique . It's a restaurant, lounge, bar and rooftop with an amazing view of the Empire State Building. Its up to you on what mood and vibe you are in, they give you options. The food is flavorful. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely the worst staff possible. The only reason I’m continuing to eat here during our stay is because we have breakfast included. Yesterday we sat for 45 minutes before our server ‘realized’ she did t put in the order. Then they brought out the wrong food for my husband. He’s so pissed he’ll not come back.Im now going on 15 minutes just waiting for a server. Just sitting here. The manager came through pouring water, skipped me then came and poured water into my empty cup and said ‘is there anything I can get you?’ I said a server would be nice. Still waiting 8 minutes later. Oh, he just came and took my order. ¡Quelle surprise! (I will say the manager is the only one who is working hard- I still have no idea who should have been my server) Side note, their orange eggs gross me out.

I had to go to the bar to get a glass of water. The space is nice, so it has potential, but there is plenty of room for improvement. Go only if you are looking for drinks/snacks and not a proper sitdown meal.

I’ve been to this establishment numerous times but this time may be the last. There were 5 of us sitting outside who were directed to order through the QR code on the table. Food arrived promptly but drinks never arrived. Despite us asking for them from 4 different servers it was over 45 mins before they showed up and that was only due to the manager (Jordon) running around with glasses and a wine bottle to get them to us. Jordon apologized and said he would rectify the situation via a refund. Both myself and my friend who prepaid and PRE-TIPPED via the app, texted Jordon and have yet to hear back. I suggest if you’re ordering via the app they tell you to use, wait to tip until after you’re served. Service was extremely sub standard. On the plus side, the actual space is very nice.

I had a great time at Everdene at Virgin Hotel! Brandon the manager was INCREDIBLE! From the time my friend and I entered he was so kind and welcoming! He made sure we had a great table to sit and kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. We would definitely come back! I love when the staff is so kind it just makes you want to come back and spend more money haha! Thank you! I had the chicken sandwich it was delicious! Definitely recommend this place to my followers on social media for a chill atmosphere and great views for pictures!

Adriano the waiter , was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered very good recommendations. I especially loved the steak and the tuna tartare . The Virgin Hotel is a beautiful, clean, and modern establishment. I dined at the Everdene restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The oysters were incredibly fresh, and the Wagyu empanadas were delicious. The bartender, Victor, crafted the most delightful cocktails. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan Palmer, the hotel manager. His hospitality was top-notch; he was warm, welcoming, and very resourceful. I recently dined at Everdean and had an exceptional experience, thanks to our server, Mamun. From the moment we arrived, Mamun made us feel incredibly welcomed with his warm smile and friendly demeanor.
Mamun is the nicest and most attentive server I've ever met. His genuine care for his customers and attention to detail were outstanding. He made excellent recommendations, checked on us regularly, and handled our requests with grace and efficiency.
The food was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely, but it was Mamun's exceptional service that made our visit truly memorable. If you're dining at Everdean, ask for Mamun – you won't be disappointed!

The drinks were good and the crowd was an after work crowd. There is a second level with a pool for hotel guests and a nice bar. The outdoor seating is really nice.
The cerviche was good and the peppers good as well. Pretty standard and good enough for a light bite.
Staff behind the bar werw very nice and attentive and the staff in the lobby when asking for directions werw very polite.
Amazing place with pleasant atmosphere, superb food and superior service. Highly recommend

Jordan Palmer, the manager, treated us to complimentary champagne and a quick floor tour. The amenities and décor alone make this place a vibe. The hospitality exceeded my expectations.
Adriano, our waiter, was very responsive and full of surprises. Superb food with a great ambiance inside and out. The outside rooftop deck is stunning with an out of this world skyscraper view. The rooftop set up is perfect private for each party. It's absolutely stunning. We even had the chance to meet rapper A Boogie who casually dined that night. This place is super exclusive. Will absolutely be back. a

Spent my boyfriend’s 25th here & i absolutely loved it !! even more than him . From the esthetic which is an easy 10/10 to the amazing food options , I am a seafood lover & i am so picky but my taste buds were greatly satisfied !! My favorite part of the whole experience was the manager Mr Jordan , he’s a bright light who makes this place comfortable for anyone from the conversation to the assurance of the quality of this place . & the beef carpaccio was AMAZING !!
