I went to Everdene Bar with friends on a late summer evening and loved it. The hostess, Guialem, greeted us with a big smile, and our waiter Dawn took great care of us. The cocktails were excellent. I especially enjoyed the vodka gimlet and a strawberry drink(I can’t remember the name). The terrace was amazing for the weather. My only feedback is I prefer adding the tip myself instead of having it included as a service fee. Overall, a great spot to enjoy with friends!

Terrible customer service. We stayed at the hotel and went to this attached bar twice and both times the staff disappeared and took forever to bring orders out, forgot to put in orders, and refused to come out to take our drink orders during happy hour until 2 minutes after happy hour and made a point after ordering to say “it’s no longer happy hour just so you know.” Very disappointing for how much you pay- 4 shrimps for almost $30?! Ridiculous.

The rooftop experience here was only ok. I had hoped its a bit higher up from pictures seen here. It also looks more luxurious on the pictures than in real life. Cocktails were ok but nothing special. The service was fine as well but not very attentive.

Not impressed at all. The stars I did give was for the atmosphere, great overall vibe. Cocktails were good. But it kind of went downhill from there. The server kept forgetting things. We ordered bottled water, poured us tap, I asked for my drink to be made a certain way, didn't happen, my colleague asked if they had a certain sauce for his calamari at first, he forgot and then brought something else. Said calamari was 75% legs, don't mind them, but not when it's most of the dish (who does that). The Virgin brand brings a certain level of expectations, and when 2 people spend over $250 ( and an auto gratuity) for two appetizers and a couple of cocktails, you expect a certain level of quality. Wasn't what we received.

I recently visited the Virgin hotel for the first time. The service was amazing! Jordan in hospitality made the experience five star with excellent service and accommodation! I recommend this place to all newcomers of Manhattan. Top tier is an understatement! I’d give it 10 stars if possible!
