Easily, one of my favorite places to eat!
My very first time here was off the heels of a food allergy scare, so I was learning how to comfortably and confidently eat out again. Maddie was deeply reassuring and understanding.
The food is flavorful, savory and warming - especially in the colder months. The chicken curry katsu the the only thing I've ever had, and as much as I'd love to branch out, its consistently so damn good that I cant help but be loyally committed to that one dish.
Cheers to everyone involved in bringing such incredible food to this neighborhood!

Super delicious katsu! Small and cute, the manga panels bathroom is fun. Also loved the edamame is salted because so many places don't

SO good. The best chicken katsu sando I’ve ever had!!
This place was great. I had gone on a bate and hadn't eaten most of that day. I had found this place while looking on Google maps and was drawn in by the name.
When I had gone, I got the chicken katsu sandwich and their newest item, (at the time) the curry hot dog. The curry was flavorful with the snap of the salty hot dog and sweetness of the bun it was a great item to start with. The sandwich was set on uncrust white bread, and packed with different veggies, the chicken was crunchy and juicy, a perfect balance.
Both dishes were great and HUGE the price (in my opinion) is great for what you get.

I got the portobello sando, cauliflower katsu bites with spicy kewpie mayo. The portion size was huge and the sando was delicious. The spicy mayo needs more kick to it otherwise the katsu bites were crunchy. A little on the pricier side for sure

I found the pork sando to be disappointing. The pork katsu is too thick, so the bread to meat ratio is off. It also wasn’t fried properly, because the breading came off as soon as I took a bite and the meat was dry. The sandwich bread was decent: soft, fluffy and chewy. I can tell that they tried to create a good sando, but it really fell short.

MASSIVE sandwich. Incredible flavor, great texture, cooked perfectly.
Highly recommend this spot, the sandwich is expensive, but you will not be hungry until the next meal (maybe day).
Very quick and good service. Food was perfect 10/10

Solid bowl of Katsu curry with very garlicky rice. Store front is pretty snug with not much seating, but next to the park.

The Katsu curry is really good. This is a great lunch place. I think it is mostly a take out place with a few stools to sit in. Staff are friendly and efficient.
