We had a most enjoyable early evening dinner the other night. I was looking for something we just don't have access to in the Midwest, good tapas, prepared with fresh ingredients by people that care. We order the seafood paella and it was delicious. The shrimp and mussels were so tender and the saffron rice was wonderful. Rather that ordering a dessert, we requested an order of carne empanadas. Very tasty food—warm welcome and service and friendly ambience. Feels like an inviting family invited you to their home for unpretentious dishes. A great option for 9th Ave for a pre-theater dinner.

A charming family run restaurant. We had a delicious meal with great service in this charming little neighborhood restaurant. Service wasn't fast, but not because the staff wasn't hustling. It was a Monday night and the place was full. You can watch the chef prepare the various dishes, and they are served as they come off the grill/stove.
