One of the best levain baguettes in NYC, and delicious cardamom and almond buns. Highly recommended. Consistent quality and delicious flavor.

Good assortment of baked goods and the bread looks fantastic. Service was poor but it may just have been the day.

When arriving home I found out that half of my order was not in the bag. Tried calling the store multiple times, no one picked up. Staff always seems disorganized.

I visited Fabrique Bakery in New York, and it completely exceeded my expectations.

I stumbled upon it while walking toward the Arte Museum, and it turned out to be one of those unexpected gems you feel lucky to discover. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted with the warm aroma of fresh bread, and the atmosphere is beautifully cozy and stylish.

The quality of the pastries and bread is outstanding — the texture, the aroma, everything feels like an authentic European bakery experience. Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve had bread this good in New York.

I went in without any expectations but walked out genuinely impressed.
If you’re anywhere near the Arte Museum, this spot is absolutely worth stopping by.

Brown sugar bun tasted stale. Other reviews mentioned this . We are a pastry aficionados so have a high bar. Some of the others looked amazing like the almond croissant bun.

Took my relatives who came from out of town to try the buns. We all loved it. Favorites were the cardamom wnd saffron. Flat white was solid. Service was lovely they gave us hot plates to have the buns on. Atmosphere is nice

The breads and especially the cardamom bun used to be so good. The last time I got it, it was stale. For a pastry that costs $6, that’s pretty disappointing.

A great bakery with Swedish pastry and tasty coffee. Loved the saffron buns especially. The seating is limited a bit though if you want to sit down. I can recommend also Lussekatter bun. Delicious.

The cardimum buns are to die for . Every time I’m in NYC I make a point of going to Fabrique. I have even ordered them for delivery to my home in Boston.

Driest, most overpriced pastry I have ever had

Saw all the great reviews and decided to check this place out. Honestly, not sure how it got such a high rating. The croissants were bready and tasted far from fresh. No flaky layers, no crisp bite, just sad. The shop looks nice and the staff were friendly, but the pastries didn’t match the hype.

Ordered Cardamom bun and latte. Right amount of sweetness in both. Planning to come back.

Hands down the best saffron bun I’ve had in the US, and maybe even including Sweden. A definite must visit! Also had a croissant that was a delight
