Nice place. Great pastries (perfect place if you like breakfasting with pastries).
Heavenly place. Reminder of Sweden in New York. And that taste of butter, like nowhere else!!!
Recommend to taste Cardamom but to any leaving breathing being to give them courage and inspiration to find their true destiny in their lives;)
Ray sourdough loaf is rustic looking, out of this world bread that you can use as a centerpiece dish in the middle of your party table and build the whole afternoon or evening around it along with savory and sweet delicacies.
The baked goods are great but the service speed is a zero.
cute place, but not sure it’s worth the price. there’s no prices listed by food so you don’t really know what you’re paying until you’ve ordered. I liked my ham and mozzarella sandwich but it took a while to come out and my chocolate croissant was cold and hard. the interior is quaint but the music was kind of depressing? it’s not bad but nothing to write home about. I probably won’t go out of my way to come back
I don't know why this place is so popular (there was a line out the door) and has such good reviews. The server was completely miserable and rude. The other server looked equally as unfriendly. Hardly any prices or details on food and pretty limited pastry options. Awful coffee, cinnamon bun was okay, but nothing special (from a pastry lover). Interior also looks sad, boxes stacked up and heaps of tables loaded with dirty dishes and rubbish. $13.50 for a small coffee and small pastry.
Baguette as a religious instrument, a scepter, a baseball bat on a summers day About $5, I give it a 5.5/10
Stopped in while walking in Chelsea. You can find baked goods every 100 feet in NYC. At Fabrique’s they bake their treats on site. The barista said the cardamom bun was the crowd favorite, I tried the passion fruit chia pudding as well, which is served with their toasted granola. Everything was great.
All the buns and fresh bread are delicious
Very nice!

Great little bakery!! Not too much seating so do be aware of that if you plan on visiting but my coffee was great and my pastry was absolutely delicious!
Best cardy b in NYC 🙌🏼
I tried the Danish and the cardamom bun — both were absolutely amazing! The staff was super kind too. I’d definitely visit again if I could!
Was so excited to see that Fabrique made it across the pond! Their semla and other buns are divine.
Excellent baguette.
