Faces and Names Bar & Lounge

This place was recommended to me by a friend. The staff was super friendly and the drinks and food were delicious and reasonably priced!!

Annette made the experience 10 times better! She ordered to send a post cars to the friend that recommend the place since they had their engagement party here 20+ years ago!

Could just be a function of age, bar was crowded but we got a spot in the back area. Service was quick. Food came fast. Burgers were ok, serviceable. Onion rings were quite good. Beer was good, a bit pricey but it's midtown. Waitresses were nice but sometimes hard to get their attention.

Fantastic experience, bartender Justin the perfect example of customer service. The service Justin served was a great example of what you expect from some where like New York City. Respect from an English couple to Justin.

Never ordered food. We just drank there. The bar guy Justin was just amazing we came from England (london) and Justin made us feel so welcome and such a friendly guy. He knew what drinks we was having each time (Blue moon & Heineken) definitely will be going back there when we come back to NY 👍

On Friday 20 A couple of female friends and myself attend faces and Names and as we smoke outside one of the female went to the bathroom and was sexual assorted another customer try to force her in the man room and an audication accused between me and that customer. The fight was broken up and the manager assured me that they were sorry and the bill was on the house.... but the next day I had a 400 bill on my statement and when spoke to the head manager today they denied everything. A lady was Sexually attacked in there bar a they did nothing..

My friend and I went to their happy hour and it was not a good time. The blonde lady who was serving us was rude. They never came to ask us if we needed anything yet checked up on various table around us. Overall very rude staff. I asked for clarification on their happy hour and she asked me if I knew what I was talking about… also the photo shows what they gave my friend when she asked for a Bellini… do you guys know what YOURE doing? There are better places in the area.

The reason I came was because of the book “the light we lost” which calls out this bar frequently. Had to stop by as a nyc resident
