Great burgers, Aperol Spritz, and excellent service – what more could you ask for?

I thought the cheeseburger was going to be super special, but it was quite average or maybe not even it, in my opinion! Didn’t taste anything interesting, not even textures - as you would expect when seeing the bun and fries in it!

Walked into Fairfax on a Friday lunch and had one of the best burgers of my life. Juicy, stacked, crispy shoestring fries right on top. It’s the old Bar Sardine burger and it still absolutely slaps. The restaurant is super cute, the wine list is solid, and the service was great. Def the kind of place you post up with a bottle, spill some tea, and accidentally stay awhile.

Gotta say this is worth the trip!!!!! Ordering the burger is a no brainer because it’s so unique and delicious! The meat was seasoned amazingly, got nice acidity from the pickles. What makes it stand out so much is the fried potatoes which gives the burger a higher textural contrast. It’s also reflects good technique cus that is not easy.
The tots are super crunchy and the spice rub was amazing 🤩 The crab cakes were also sweet and creamy

Very enjoyable brunch had the burger and a nice latte. Pleasant environment. Tables are close together It wasn’t too bad. I’ve seen worse. Definitely would go back and try other items on the menu.

My partner and I stopped by for dinner and both had the delicious burger - Highly recommend ! The drinks and service were excellent, and I especially loved the playlist. Highly recommend and hoping to return for brunch!

Stopped in for a quick bite w a girlfriend Thursday. Being a bartender who works a lot I like to really be able to enjoy my time out. This did not disappoint. I had the squash and a burger. Both were 10/10. I had a server named Hunter who was spot on selling the burger. Very attentive without hovering. I don’t drink but he brought me a Phony Negroni and y’all, that slaps.
