It was a brisk day and we were offered outside- which we took rather than wait. I am not sure I would have been comfortable with all of the taxidermy. Sort of creepy- vegetarians, beware. Our server was the right amount of attention.Food- tasty- squash toast. Fun sort of asian? Flavor- maybe too much mint [I had to remove half of it- there was a LOT]. Side of bacon to share$35 each- coffee, squash toast, 1/2 bacon. COST- NYC PRICES.Coffee- sour- didn't finish even half....booooooooo!Sort of sunday out fancy.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and was able to secure a yurt reservation. I didn’t see any pictures of the yurts online prior but they are CUTE! The staff was so friendly and the food was PERFECT. The best mix between great quality food and on the slightly more casual/comfortable side of atmospheres which we both prefer. John was our waiter and he was attentive, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend the burger and Spinach dip!

We arrived just in time for lunch (we were going for the raved about brunch menu but we werent too upset!) The food was delicious especially if you're into healthier/more upscale cousine. I need to come back for the squash's sauce recipe, I couldn't get enough! The seating features quite small tables/stools so be prepared to juggle some weight but the service and taste was delicious!!

Fairfax is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the West Village. The cozy atmosphere and unique selection of wines by the glass make it a standout among local eateries. The food is simply amazing, and the egg sandwich I had was the best I've ever tasted, thanks to the special bread. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for great food, good coffee, and a charming dining experience.
Burger and tartare were truly something else. Burger has made we seriously want to come back for more with the uniqueness and

Decent food but under seasoned. Definitely not one of the best burgers in the city but it’s solid enough.
