I was recently on a trip to NYC with my daughter and found this pizza place. not only was the food amazing the service was great as well. evertone there was great with my daughter. she loved the boss man And he even took a picture with her and took the drawing she did for him

Ok. I decided to order a pie again and it's been awhile. Because the last time they gave me a pie that was already made and here we go again it happened again. You see they'll take the already made pie and pretend your getting a well made fresh pie. So I received an already made pie and it was 24.00 and I paid the delivery guy 30.00 this is unbelievable I really think they think no one will know the difference. I guess it's my address location. But I'm pretty sure they will not have this behavior on cpw. I'm just saying. And I told the guy to make it fresh and hot... That's s is why I went the last time to pick it up and made the order right there. And I remember the guy saying you can call ahead and we'll have it ready for you. I said yeah I bet premade ready so fyi these are the practices familiar have in place. And mind you I'm 54 and a native New Yorker. So I know my pizza. I just had to share this and these cheating ways have to stop ? the pizza is already dried out from Me opening the box only ,3 times... Not juicy atol never again ever not my money ?

The workers spend more time mocking their guests and spewing gossip than preparing a decent pizza. ?
I'm not going to wade into the "pizza war" comparing one place to another, saying that this is the best in the city... I'm not going to make any claim like that whatsoever, and I promise a complete lack of hyperbole. My rating: serviceable. Other pizza is better, other pizza is also much worse. I will say this place is just slightly above average. This is pretty much my neighborhood pizza place. I'm not expecting it to be transcendent, to change my life in some manner, or to venerate it as to make it the place of a pilgrimage. It is generally solid, but it is a bit hit or miss depending on who is manning the ovens, what time of day it is, and how crowded the place is. I think one can say that about almost any pizza place. In general, the pies are prepared fairly quickly , service exhibits the neutral ambivalence that I have come to experience at many restaurants these days, and the ambience is what I will call "classic pizza parlor formica." So, a go to when I'm not sure what else to eat and I don't feel like cooking at home. The last pie I had was overly doughy and lacked the crispiness that is my personal preference.

Worst pizza I have ever tried. It made 7-11 seem like a really good pizzeria. The plain slice was cardboard tasting with canned sauce and the taste was utterly disgusting. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and go across town to the other one on Madison and 97 St. Or buy bagel bites and warm them up. I would have given a -1 if it was available.
