Be sure to stop and eat here at Famous Original Ray’s Pizza. Pizza Pie is great tasting and worth the price. The cooks are very friendly and great. It will definitely be a place I visit if I am ever in New York again since this was my first time here in NYC

The worst pizza I've ever eaten. I couldn’t put minus rate. Foot waste bad. Not fresh. They don’t show price when you pay at cashier. I won’t go there again

Went here Saturday 1/25/2025 around noon and I saw the cash register guy coughed in his hand and take the pizza out the oven with that same hand. 🤢😷

I enjoyed the cheese pizza here though not as much as I do the place I intended to get the pizza from that upon arrival was closed. Classic New York style that does the job
Very disappointing pizza given that a vodka was $6 a slice. Also got a grandma and very very disappointing. Ingredient’s not fresh and definitely not worth the $$.

If you need a quick bite and go, this place is cool for that, But if you're expecting a 5 Michellin star Restaurant style, then your in for a Surprise, The AC never works, The hot air gets circulated around the entire pizza shop which makes it unpleasant while eating hot food on a Hot day, But for a To Go meal, I would recommend.

Very generous and not bad value for money.
The only downside is that the place doesn't seem very well maintained, which is why I ordered takeaway.
With some small embellishment work I would have given them 5 stars

Great taste and fast service with nothing but a happy and helpful staff. It was a Saturday and they were steady busy and the pizza was fresh and flavorful.
