They do not take walk-in orders. Stood in line; no one asked, 'Can I help you?' When I tried to order, they just looked at me as if they didn't understand English.

Staff were very rude. Pizza is usually sitting out from the morning. I went in for the second time and when I simply asked a question about pricing because they tried to overcharge me for a slice- my food was snatched back and thrown out with my money not being given back. I reported them already. But please be mindful when going into this place. They also bad mouth people in Spanish which they thought I did not understand. I do not recommend this place at all, first time I ever had an issue with any food place near here. There are other places near here with fresher slices with similar prices.

Got a chicken pepperoni slice the other night and I can't believe I put my poor mouth through that I guess I shoulda prolly thought abt it being a chicken pepperoni slice tho

This pizza is the real deal – crispy crust, fresh toppings, and generous portions. Delivery was quick too. The pepperoni special is my favorite!

Not sure if this is the original famous Rays ( up for debate?). But the pizza here was very tasty. The prices are super reasonable too for midtown-ish Manhattan. The chicken Cesar slice was surprisingly delicious!

I like the, grilled chicken with ranch dressing and bacon bits. Its a little pricey, but you won't need anything else.

Be sure to stop and eat here at Famous Original Ray’s Pizza. Pizza Pie is great tasting and worth the price. The cooks are very friendly and great. It will definitely be a place I visit if I am ever in New York again since this was my first time here in NYC
