This place is nice if you wanna wait 10 minutes for your food to get rung up. They continue to hire slow people for the registers. I don’t have time for this in the morning.

I got all the way home just to realize the salad I order with grilled chicken didn’t even have the chicken in it! The heavy set Mexican guy on the grill seemed more annoyed that I was ordering something and just kept continuing to have a conversation with his buddy the whole time! I Spent dam near $20 for a salad and a piece of candy! I will NEVER return to this deli.

Fancy deli is the best place to recommend to anyone, oh neighbor, the food is delicious and the people who do their work are very good, they give good service except the 2 girls who are in front, they are a sweetheart, their attention fascinates me and its good vibes. ❤️

My experience in this establishment has always been top notch starting with the two lovely ladies in the front and ending with the delivery man. The food is amazing and the service is impeccable. Fancy will continue to be one of my favorite stores!

Ordered NY Special Sandwich: Pastrami, corned beef, melted cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing waited 40 min hungry really looking forward to it and I received a Chicken Cutlet Sandwich with avocado. I CANNOT eat avocado what a WASTE of food what if I would have had a allergic reaction it would have been a hospital visit / lawsuit. Pay attention to orders & double check it. Would not be ordering here again. Edit: I did call right after and the employee on the phone just said he would talk to the deli man about it, a 2nd sandwich was not offered for delivery which would have been nice. Appreciate the response though. You should change the sandwich name to avoid confusion.

The unfortunate thing is the food is good however the service ABYSMAL!!!! The Puerto Rican or Dominican Girl with the glasses always has an attitude. Today I order my food 20 minutes went to McDonald’s ordered and got my food walked 6 blocks to get there and it’s only one sandwich to not be ready. However I think it WAS ready just sitting on the toaster BUT the Girl with the glasses was too busy giving her friends FREE FOOD and Discounts. Talking about to her coworker how her friend was gonna buy her flight. As I go to pay after she told me to wait so she can help her friends. I say under my breath the sandwich is taking really long. I been ordered it. She proceeds to tell me what you said and a whole EXCHANGE where the other coworkers started ATTACKING ME. I live upstairs from this location but I walk to other stores to avoid but spending my hard earned money at a location like this. She made me wait a customer paying full price and nothing free for her friends who got several sandwiches and paid 8 dollars while I just spent 30. My mind is blown and I will reach out to the owner. I suggest avoid this location as there are delis at every corner!!
