I visited yesterday 6/16 for lunch. I ordered my food and the cooks were highly annoyed with me and didn’t put what I wanted on my burger. The lady with the blonde hair and blue eyes made a fuss about giving me ketchup and hot sauce. As someone who is born and raised in the neighborhood this was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. Will not be coming ANYMORE.

I order food from here at 2am in mid Winter and these guys pick up the phone, behave professionally, get me my food and beverages delivered without dramatics or bs. Bs free call and deliver 24 hours. Now THAT is NYC right there! But, cooks are pretty bad and pretty much everything they cook you can tell it's because they have to do it not because they like to cook or want people to be happy they're just giving you something because you paid them. Wish I could say more about the food but there's nothing good sorry.
Favorite deli for deli in the neighborhood. Everything still looks fresh and appealing at 10:30pm

I got all the way home just to realize the salad I order with grilled chicken didn’t even have the chicken in it! The heavy set Mexican guy on the grill seemed more annoyed that I was ordering something and just kept continuing to have a conversation with his buddy the whole time! I Spent dam near $20 for a salad and a piece of candy! I will NEVER return to this deli.
