Had the bruschetta, meatballs, ricotta gnocchi and hanger steak, all delicious. I went for Valentine's Day at 630pm and it was pretty empty which was nice. It was very cold so i will say it was a bit chilly inside but since there were so many tables we were able to move to a table not near the door or the wall (which is where i felt the draft). The music was a little odd, some type of techno playing- otherwise good service, great food and the decor was very romantic and nice- just wish it was a bit warmer.

I had a stupidly good breakfast here that blew away anything I've eaten recently at East Village hotspots. Compliments to the chef, who's either French or grew up with parents who know how to cook. The veggie omelette had more flavor than most anything, complete with fresh parsley embedded in it. No one bothers with fresh parsley anymore -- and they should! Annnnd, the waiter, who I'd probably be friends with, played Sisters of Mercy for me. The world still has some goodness, if not greatness.

Super cute restaurant with the perfect variety of pastas, steaks and drinks. The ambience in this restaurant is really warm and the waitress (Agatha) and rest of staff are delightful. Ideal for dates/cosy outings

Came here for a late night drink at the bar. The place was almost empty and pretty quite. Bartender got our order immediately. Cocktails were well made but a bit pricey. This location is more of a dinner date location rather than hangout cocktail bar.

I decided to step into this restaurant due to the name I never meet a farm to tanle restarant that didn't have the most delicious food, until today. I ordered spaghetti, something not complicate. I would comment of the flavor but there was none. After adding salt blk pepper AND red chili flakes it still taste like someone open a jar of sauce and pored it over some boiled spaghetti. There was a basil leaf placed on top that should have been chopped up and added. There was no garlic The kicker was that I had to listen to loud hard rock music

My partner is lactose intolerant and ordered the salmon plate, which comes with mashed potatoes as the side. We asked if the mashed potatoes were made with dairy and they were. We asked if we could sub the mashed potatoes for broccoli and the server said after hesitation that they could do it, but there would need to be an additional charge. An extra charge for broccoli? I could understand if we were asking to upgrade for a premium side or something but broccoli? We were forced to pay the price but this unwillingness to accommodate a special dietary restriction made for an overall poor dining experience. I gave this place 2 stars because if you're fortunate to be able to eat the dishes as they come with the pre-selected sides, the pricing is reasonable and the food is good. Hopefully Farmhouse will eventually welcome people of all diets.

The Roasted Rosemary Chicken with mashed potatoes was very delicious. It's a beautiful, relaxing restaurant with wonderful service. Rating should be higher

This was by far the WORST meal I've had to date. First, they served a warm beer and they didn't serve us bread when clearly other table received bread.

Would give this place 2.5 stars if that was an option. Cute place and nice atmosphere, but bad service and the drinks were awful, and it was over-priced. Beer was flat and when they didn't have the one we ordered the bartender just poured something different and didn't tell us (though bartender did come over to apologize, to his credit); wine was sour like it had gone off; martini was all vodka. Waitress was very sweet, but quite slow and forgetful. Food took forEVer to come out even though it was just chicken and pasta, but it was yummy, very well cooked and seasoned.
