The hot sauce is real hot sauce not tobasco.
Hate when vendors take advantage of you. He flipped the screen so I couldn’t see the total price, turns out charged me $2 surcharge for using my phone to pay.
Came here bc of the good reviews.. but I eat halal carts most days, and this quantity of meat isn’t more or better.

The best halal cart I had during my time in NYC, whether chicken or lam over rice it hit every time without fail and the red sauce also the best I've had. Farook super awesome #1

Had to find a new place to eat halal after a bad experience at the 2nd Ave halal guys. The food here was way better and cheaper. You can't go wrong with Farook's. Also he provides a a loyalty card that gets you a free meal after 10 purchases. If you like spicy I recommend the green sauce and red sauce.
Ibrahim is extremely friendly and honest. He very kindly asked if I had any requests and made sure I was pleased. The food was amazing and I had I'll obviously come again. Combo was just $8 and also came with chopped pita and a loyalty card.

Very good halal. The combo over rice was delicious. The chopped pita and the loyalty cards are the best parts of this place. However I do wish the pita was a bit more grilled and I wish the salad had a bit more in it and maybe some more variety in vegetables. I know that’s not standard for halal cart but I do think that is what would make this a 10/10 for me instead of 9/10. Nonetheless though very delicious and I recommend trying if you’re in the area.

Not top tier halal, despite the rep. Portion is 30-40% less than your typical cart and the white sauce is kind of watery.
