Excellent, excellent, excellent. My 5 star rating (like all my other ratings) is for the food only. The atmosphere was romantic but lively. Back to the food, excellent. 10x better food than Crown Shy where we ate a few weeks before. Starting with the Oyster Mushrooms dish: so much flavor, cooked to perfection, wanted to order a second dish although it was a nice size portion. Pork Belly dish: Nice dish, lots of flavor. Parts of the pork belly were dry and parts were more tender. Overall though am very happy I ordered. Stuffed Chicken dish: perfectly cooked chicken with an incredible amount of flavor. Absolutely devoured everything on the plate. Go here!

We had a dinner there and devil's eggs and pumpkin cheecake surprisely good. Especially pumpkin cheecake, I used to be not a fan of pumpkin but I ate more than I expected. Only thing I did not give 5 stars is too loud. I don't think it's a good place to have cozy date night but for few friends gather around, this place would be a good pub to go!!

The loss of two stars is simply because of the noise level. The food is wonderful, the service is lovely, but the noise makes it simply impossible to enjoy the time spent there. For me, at least. I realize that the restaurant is full, and most people I guess don't mind having to shout to be heard. But at my (advanced?) age, it's not a pleasant experience. This is quite a common situation-many, if not most, restaurants in New York have the same noise level. I wonder if it's intentional, to create an atmosphere that seems as if people are having fun. But, as I said, the food is quite good.

I came here on my own one night after the opera (I date myself on a regular basis). I often go to the Smith across from Lincoln Center (proximity reasons mostly), but I was in the mood for something a bit more special and Fedora has been on my list for awhile. You walk down into the restaurant which always adds to mood. I didn't have a reservation and I was seated immediately at a table. The service was some of the best I've ever experienced. My server made solid suggestions and came over with a complimentary glass of wine and deviled eggs. I ended up eating the tartare for an app and the fish entree. The tartare is definitely up there on the list of favorite tartares and the fish was flavorful. The food was solid, the service was excellent. I will be returning!

If I want a martini at a bar that makes me feel like a West village resident, this is where I go. A+
Outdoor Garden. Locals who live in neighborhood. Food is ever changing delicacies. Service is impeccable.

Walked in and was welcomed by a condescending host who would not let us sit at an empty bar without checking in, when were permitted to sit we were told dining took priority and we had to be ready to leave. I understand times are tough for restaurants but, would not return while this attitude is present.

Absurdly rude staff..We came in for a drink and dinner and there were plenty (5-7) of empty seats. We were told they were reservations and we agreed we would give them back when the guests arrived. As soon as the first 2 guests arrived the chairs were yanked off us and we were made to stand with 4 bar seats still available - Just garbage - Go elsewhere.
