I love 54 Below!! It’s a beautiful, intimate cabaret space, where you can see hundreds of amazing performers throughout the year. I’ve seen Laura Benanti, Andrea McArdle, Norbert Leo Butz, Beth Leavel, and many more fantastic singers and actors. Just last night I had a great time watching original “Rent” stars Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal wow the audience. The food and drinks are excellent and reasonably priced. And the staff is terrific, from the managers and hosts to the servers and bartenders. If you’ve never been, go ASAP. It’s one of New York City’s gems!

Such a cool, intimate venue! Even if the show isn’t great, the experience is! The cocktail flight available at the 9:30pm show is a particular highlight. Discounted tickets are often available through TDF, which makes it a pretty affordable night out.

54 Below wasn’t originally on our itinerary, but after chatting with someone who was headed there, we decided to check it out—and we’re so glad we did! Even though tickets were sold out online, the incredibly kind and accommodating entry staff made it happen and seated us in a cozy booth with another friendly couple.
The venue is intimate and stylish, with super comfortable seating and top-notch service throughout the night. The music was an absolute blast—our evening featured Taylor Swift-inspired tunes and covers from similar artists, which made for such a fun, high-energy vibe.
The $25 minimum is very reasonable—definitely go for the cocktail flight, it’s a highlight! We also treated ourselves to dessert, and their gelato was unreal. The cheesecake gelato especially deserves a shoutout—so creamy and flavorful!
We’ll definitely be coming back with friends. Highly recommend 54 Below for a unique and memorable night out in the city!

Mandisa, the general manager, is truly the heartbeat of the place. She’s not only the boss but a force of fabulous energy who never fails to make us laugh. Her presence alone guarantees a great night.
Stephanie in the Concierge is the absolute best—gracious, organized, and always making sure we get tickets to every show we want. She’s one of the reasons the entire experience feels so seamless.
And then there’s the stellar server team. While every single one of them brings something special, we have to shout out a few stars: Luis and Alex, who not only serve with grace and charm but also shine in the staff show. Their talent and fearlessness make the night even more unforgettable.
From the drinks to the service to the entertainment—it’s all five stars, every time.

Excellent pre-show food and service. The signature cocktails were excellent and interesting. Great service! We made friends with our table mates which added to the evening.
I simply love it here. The talent is incredible. The food and service are wonderful. The venue is beautiful. The only thing I believe they should do is steam the wrinkles out of the clothes the performers wear.

We had a decent experience at 54 Below. Food was good but we were rushed out due to the performance that we didn't have tickets for. I'm not sure why they allow reservations right before the show if you don't have tickets for the show. The food was good, though.
