Good overall experience. They were great about accommodating our group of eight with a reservation a few days in advance, although the service was OK. The Arancini were phenomenal, super crispy with amazing flavor and a mustard dip that was out of this world. Other appetizers were great too (Polpettine al Pomodoro), but the entrĂ©es were less impressive. My Fettuccine alla Bolognese lacked flavor, though the Spaghetti all’Arrabbiata was excellent. A bit pricey, but the cozy, intimate vibe makes it worth a visit.

Food was not good. Pasta was undercooked. We were never asked about the service. Nobody offered pepper or cheese. Wine selection is nice but little too pricey. We sitting outside watching not homeless people going through the garbage. New York New York! Do not eat here. Thank you.

My family and I are absolutely obsessed with Felice83! The entire staff is so friendly, kind, and welcoming. We often come in with three little ones under three, and they always make us feel so comfortable. We love this place and feel so lucky to have it right in our neighborhood.

Sas is an amazing manager!!

We had the pleasure of meeting the manager at the restaurant who was SAS. She took care of us from the minute we walked in and treated us as if she knew us for many years..I explained to her that we wanted to eat in Felice in Port Chester and she got us a future reservation immediately. She also checked on our meal and made sure that we were happy w our food. She went over and above and that was really nice of her to do.

I got delivery through seamless: This was terrible. The lettuce, artichokes and salad dressing rancid, the cheese excessively salty, the pasta was not cooked and the basil was brown plus the cheese on the pasta advertised as burrata was not burrata- it was just melted cheese. The food, which was 75 dollars with delivery fees, tip and tax, went into the garbage.

Right after the review posted, I received a call from the restaurant offering to send something else or issue a refund for the food. I appreciate that they reached out to make things right!

Felice 83 is one of the best restaurants on the UES — the kind of place that keeps you coming back not just for the food, but for the warmth and hospitality that makes you feel like family.

The entire team is exceptional, but a special shoutout must go to Sas, the manager, who goes above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel welcome. Whether you're dining with friends, on a date, or bringing children along, the staff here takes incredible care of everyone — always gracious, accommodating, and kind.

The food is consistently excellent and authentically Italian, and the ingredients are very high quality. Some of our favorite dishes include the Bruschetta, Carciofi e Calamari Fritti, and the Tricolore salad — wild chicory, avocado, buffalo mozzarella. The Milanese is always excellent, and all the pasta is very good — the half order of fusilli al pomodoro is perfect for kids (and adults too) and beautifully prepared. The weekend brunch is also wonderful.

Felice is part of the Sant Ambroeus Hospitality Group, and you can really feel the caliber of service and quality that comes with that. It’s rare to find a restaurant that strikes a perfect balance between elevated food + wine and a relaxing, cozy and comfortable dining experience. Sas (Manager), Mariana (GM), all the great servers and the team embody what hospitality is all about — and that’s what makes this place so special.

Cute place for a nice dinner. Love the vibes but honestly the menu was sort of small.

Update 7/2025:
I went back here yesterday with my daughter because I enjoyed my first visit. Tonnarelli cacio e pepe was undercooked. Some strands were even clunked together, hardened. I brought this to my server's attention, but my replacement was pretty shabby. Cooked pasta, but it was watery and there was hardly any cheese. I didn't want to keep talking about it at this point so just finished it. My daughter commented I would have made it better at home.

Milanese was good though.
The host was great when seating us, the people pouring water were great, but I didn't like my server whom I didn't really see much of.

From 05/2025:Pretty solid and hearty meals, good service, and pretty interior design.
