It's a nice place with a good atmosphere and amazing service. The only complaint is food. Desert ice creams were quite bad ... Chocolate tasted like choco powder mixed with ice. The other dishes were tasty.

Went to Felice on Hudson the day before the United Half Marathon and it did not disappoint. We started with the burrata and prosciutto which was more than enough for 2 people. I had the cacio e Pepe and my cousin had the bolognese. We both nearly licked our dishes. We finished off with a warm brownie and it was extremely delicious. That too was devoured.
The ambiance was outstanding. Great for truly any occasion. It’s intimate and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. We weren’t able to drink any cocktails but I will absolutely be back.
My only feedback is I wish the bowl was bigger for more pasta !
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn’t bring younger children under 5 here.

Short Answer: NO!
Thought we got a good seat, soon realized why they were empty. The ambience was cute (even with the super small tables)… but the food? Flavorless. The service? Poor.
When I told them I wasn’t a fan of my entree, it was like they took it personally and told the whole staff because they became very rude and treated us poorly thereafter — as if we weren’t still paying patrons. Upon being addressed like a child, I asked for names of both the busboy (tall, dark hair) and waitress (brown hair, lip filler, with ponytail) and they didn’t want to tell me anything OR bring the manager. Despicable.. I have never been treated like this. I promise, there are definitely much better options nearby with better attitudes and BETTER FOOD.

The pasta burrsta was ok at best and the salmoné I had was moderate. The main reason for this review was the attitude displayed by the staff and the manager that refused to speak with his customers. We requested the gnocchi and chicken be taken back because it wasn’t up to standard. The server that spoke with us told us he would let our waiter know. He didn’t or at least that was what was told to us. When the bill arrived, it was still on it. To provide context we didn’t eat but a bite from the gnocchi and a bite from the chicken. We didn’t even touch the bread because it was bitter and burnt. Our server had a mini freak out on us, stating “I’m your server, YOU NEED TO TELL ME” she was unruly while the waiter we told our discrepancies to watched on. We responded “well, we don’t know you didn’t communicate here” as she stumbled across her next sentence the manager paced by our table with a grimace on his face but no words. We asked her for the incompetent servers name since she said “he didn’t tell me” and she refused to give it to us upon request instead she sharply replied “take it up with the manager”. We let her know we were in a hurry to leave as we didn’t want to stay there much longer with the energies they were providing, but they took a 10 minute intermission to remove an item off the bill. I’m not kidding btw, a 10 minute intermission while our uber waited outside for us and we had to cancel. They were rude, the food was average at best, and they cost us more money with their pettiness. I would not recommend, you can get better Italian food at your local pizzeria and Don’t let them fool you, some of them weren’t even Italian. The scenery is nice though.

We went there on 1st January. We reserved in advance. The food was delicious, lovely atmosphere / ambiance, and the service was amazing. Decent selection of wine & drinks. Good for couples, groups of friends, and families. Lovely evening and I would definitely recommend.

We shared a bottle during happy hour and it was great. The staff was very welcoming and the white wine was delicious. Great spot to chill in the middle of a city day. I believe the bottle was $28 during happy hour

Delicious food and really great service! We have ordered from here a ton, and tonight we went in for the first time and very happy we did. It’s going to be one of our new spots on the rotation for without a doubt!

Felice is quickly becoming our favorite local restaurant. Luca, Eduardo and Ivan provide warm and welcoming service, making every visit a delight. They remember faces, names, and orders, adding a personal touch that makes us feel truly valued.
