Food was very mid - not worth the price at all. Vibes were nice tho. The place is super busy so expect a wait, but no fault of the servers.

We had Tony as a waiter and he was the most rude waiter I have ever had. He was snotty, he argued with me and he
My husband asked for a glass for his beer and he said you have one, my husband said that’s a wine glass and he snapped back and said that’s all we have use that.
He ruined our time because he was so nasty.

Definetely the worst stake I ever had. Rubery and tasteless. Order 3 times a coke that never came. Only seat there if you’re looking for drinks and music

Mostly screeming people, overcrowded. We ordered steak and fries. The fries were ok but the steak, for $40 I think was flank steak. I had to cut it in tiny pieces in fear of chocking.

The food is great, and it’s a lovely place on a Sunday to have a nice party! Super worthwhile coming here during the week. I love it. Highly recommend. Also the owner is so kind and sweet.

Rude service, apparently if you want just to drink you cannot sit on the tables.
Asked for a Coca Cola but if it’s not with alcohol they didn’t want to sell it

Unfortunately we (5) went to this restaurant for a drink to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We were all considering ordering different wines when one in the group asked if they had a sparkling rosé. We didn’t see it on the menu. The bartender said yes. We said maybe we should do a bottle. She said yes it would be much better it’s $65…oh I mean $85 and by the glass would be more. When she gave us the bill she charged $140 for the wine. We didn’t realize until it was charged on the card. We brought to her attention and she said oh yes she misquoted but that was the price and we had to pay. After going back and forth she “realized” that the bottle was actually $120 and credited $20. The manager was brought in and neither the bartender or the manager would stand by the original price that was quoted for the bottle when we ordered. This is extremely poor business and management. The bartender should stand by the price that she quoted. She admitted that was the price she told was us $85 and the manager should have also stood by that. It was their error. Rather she doubled the price when she put it on the bill. That is a compete scam and not at all a business that I would ever patronize again.

The atmosphere was pleasant. I ordered a medium-rare steak and it was perfect. I asked for a glass of wine, but they never brought it to me. I had to drink it with water.

Rude and arrogant server. Does customer have to know everything about the menu? When we ask question about the ice tea, if it is house made or not, he answered like “what do you mean? Why bottle?” And foods are average. Will never come back again.

I've been to Felix a few times during its party hours—loud, chaotic, and serving your standard low-quality drinks. This time, I visited during a quieter period and had one of the worst experiences I've had in NYC.

The staff were rude and unprofessional from the start. Within a minute of sitting down, we were pressured to order immediately. When I asked for a moment, the server told us we only had 90 minutes total and had to spend a minimum of $40 per person for food—then added, “We can just order for you if you want!”

To avoid the rush, we moved to the bar—only to be told moments later we had to vacate our seats because a “VIP” had arrived. Judging by the way the staff and this so-called VIP carried themselves, the vibe was very on-brand: all attitude, no class.

Felix might appeal to tourists or those with low expectations, but if you're looking for good service, decent drinks, there are far better places in NYC.

Service was bad, served wine in plastic cups because they “ran out” of glasses, forgot to give me my drink but charged for it. Steak frites was mid. I’d only go back for a drinks / the atmosphere

Félix may have charm and a prime Soho location, but unfortunately, the experience falls apart quickly after you sit down.

Service was painfully slow, just one overwhelmed waiter trying to cover what looked like 10 tables. I ordered a beer that didn’t arrive until I was nearly finished with my meal, and only after reminding the server twice.

As for the food, it was a letdown. The mussels were overcooked and gritty with sand. My wife’s chicken was dry and chewy. The frisée salad was passable, but the poached egg was overdone and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The only highlight? The mini croque monsieur bites—nicely done with quality ham and cheese.

To top it off, the restroom wasn’t clean, and the bartender gave me an unfriendly glare when I asked where it was.

All in all, Félix looks the part, but the substance just isn’t there. Not recommended.
