Service was bad, served wine in plastic cups because they “ran out” of glasses, forgot to give me my drink but charged for it. Steak frites was mid. I’d only go back for a drinks / the atmosphere

Came here on a visit to New York. Great atmosphere and service. Oysters 10/10!!

Félix may have charm and a prime Soho location, but unfortunately, the experience falls apart quickly after you sit down.

Service was painfully slow, just one overwhelmed waiter trying to cover what looked like 10 tables. I ordered a beer that didn’t arrive until I was nearly finished with my meal, and only after reminding the server twice.

As for the food, it was a letdown. The mussels were overcooked and gritty with sand. My wife’s chicken was dry and chewy. The frisée salad was passable, but the poached egg was overdone and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The only highlight? The mini croque monsieur bites—nicely done with quality ham and cheese.

To top it off, the restroom wasn’t clean, and the bartender gave me an unfriendly glare when I asked where it was.

All in all, Félix looks the part, but the substance just isn’t there. Not recommended.

Worst service experience I ever had in a while.
We sat on the patio last Sunday.

The highlights
1) most abusive server ever he was instructing my friend to do 20% tip and watching her while she was doing it to make sure. Even if he knew that he was not deserving 1%
2)that they asked us to leave bc they needed the table after 1hour and 20 minutes with 4 ppl 400$ check
3)Picking up our not finished drinks and when we told them they said no it was empty (btw nearby 3 tables where eating were we got sat and still were there)
3) The manager asked him to bring us a round of drinks on him (the manager told us while he was apologising for him) because he made a mistake on our drinks and he on purpose walked by our table with our exact order looked at us and give it to next table.
Our server a half grey hair male, was the most rude, disrespectful, abusing and unprofessional server I ever had and I recommend the owners to check his behaviour to protect their business.

I went there with my friends (4ppl) on Sunday brunch, we were sat outside ( table 48) and our server was super rude to us for no reason from the beginning.During our meal, I asked for 2 additional glasses of wine that were more than 30' late. Tried to catch a lot of staff people attention but still nothing. Tried to get the manager for us but he was even more rude than the server. Finally when the server came with the drinks instead of being apologetic he was also blaming us that we never ordered with him. Manager also sent at the end 2 glasses of wine for our table but the server decided to treat the table behind us because he obviously didn't like us for his own personal reasons I guess. Of course at the end they even cleared our table from all of the glasses even if they had drinks ( we were only there for 1 hour) telling us that they need the table. Felix used to be an in spot for Sunday brunch, so sad to say that I'll never return there. The service, the manager, even the maitre D', they need to pursue different career paths because they have 0 clue of manners and hospitality.

Ceaser salad is lazy, Calamari is basic. Spicy burger is good. That's it.

Service was not good. Not from the waiters nor the owner. Food is ok. Bit expensive for what it is.

Felix literally saved the day for my birthday dinner for me and my guests. "A Pasta Bar" across the street had left us out in the cold without any consideration or remorse for the fact that they cancelled my 11 person reservation because a 3pm email was missed and had not confirmed the reservation. My friend then ran across the street and was greeted by Tringa who went straight to work to help us fix the situation and get the dinner underway. She is truly an angel and I could not be more appreciative of her and the rest of the staff at Felix for treating us with such kindness and consideration and fixing what could've been a devastating situation. I consider us lucky too because Felix had much more fun, cozy, and holiday vibes than the original spot! Thank you Tringa and Felix!

The worst experience ever!! The service is terrible they are very rude and uneducated!! They didn’t respect the reservation, had us waiting for about 30 mins, and didn’t allow us to wait in the bar!!
The host was very rude and aggressive, even said she didn’t care and there was nothing she could do!! Once we finalized sat down the food took forever, it was cold and I had to ask for water refill thousands of times to multiple servers but none of them seemed to remember or even care to bring it to the table. Finally we waited for the transition to the party time and they rudely took the chairs away and PUSHED US FROM OUR TABLE, took our coats and thrown them to my friends!! Lastly one of the servers pushed me a few times, I asked him nicely to please just walk around me but he forcefully refused and YELLED AT ME saying I was on the way and that he didn’t care about anyone!! i couldn’t believe his attitude and he almost push me! The people around us were horrified and offered me some wine to make it up for the ugly situation. I left disgusted at this place. This was the worst experience ever in NYC!! THE WORST!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have never been treated this poorly in my entire life.
I had a reservation for a table they couldn't accommodate me at because they overbooked. I asked if I could sit elsewhere while they sorted it out, and the host pointed me to the bar. I had just sat when the bartender came to tell me I couldn't be at the bar without consuming. I explained I only there due to their error with the tables, which should be sorted soon, but she insisted. I ordered, paid, and she literally threw my credit card at me like a bone to a dog, then told me off because she found the tip unsatisfactory.
We finally got moved to the table, where we had to ask for water at least 5 times to finally get it.
They rushed us to finish our meal and pay because they wanted to remove the tables as soon as possible and open the bar to more people standing up. After we did, one of the waiters that was still serving a table behind us literally yelled at my friend for one minute straight, telling her she was constantly in the middle of his way. This was so aggressive that everyone around us, including the table that was being served, stared in disbelief and even offered us some of their wine to make up for the waiters' rudeness.
Never again.

I wish this was only the first of the horror stories that I lived in this place but this one was the last drop. We had just finished our lunch (in less than one h) and we wanted to order additional drinks. The waiter didn't allow us, calling the manager who angrily started slamming the menu on the table multiple times and screaming at us to leave cause the table is for food (which we just had). Things got even more awkward when we asked them to remove the tip from the bill (since we had never been treated in that way) and the waiter shook his hand in front of his groin as a reply.

Never been treated like this

Would give it 0 if I could. Hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my years living in New York. This restaurant is where wannabe socialites go to see and be seen by other wannabes. Rude wait staff, rude host, an enforced $40pp food minimum that’s not mentioned anywhere but the back of the menu.

There are literally thousands of better brunch places in New York. Do yourself and the dining scene a favor and don’t waste your money funding this absolute abomination of a restaurant.

Bad service! The server on Wednesday lunch offered bad service and didn't care about the drinks and food. We went because a lot of people talk about this place. After all, they offer brunch parties, but during the week, I think the servers don't care about the service.

Went during Sunday brunch. Owner/manager was too busy yelling at her staff than to care to have people seated. When seated, they could not give us a brunch menu for reasons unknown. As we left without ordering, owner/manager was still too busy yelling and throwing a fit, completely oblivious that the whole restaurant can hear her rather than their own conversations. Terrible.
