Fun place to brunch when it’s nice out but we did have to wait like 20 minutes to to be sat even with a reservation. They kind of threw a table on the corner for us in a spot behind a big party and we didn’t have our order taken for a while but it was busy. It’s a fun place to go with friends. We had a dog as well which was fine. Food was very good, especially loved the escargot

Would have given a 0 if possible. There was mold on our cucumbers and the waiter tried to tell us that’s just how cucumbers look. Dishes were also overpriced and had horribly rude service. Your time is better spent elsewhere.

I'm a tenant above Felix, and this is the third time in the span of two months that their customers have been puking outside our door. I asked the guys at the front if they could get someone to clean it up, they were friendly and asked their workers twice to clean it up...next day it's still there. If you're going to have these parties on Sunday's either keep it clean and maintained or stop serving people before they puke.

I have never been so poorly served in a restaurant in my life! When it was time to pay the bill, I added the amount of the tip, 20%, with my food bill so I could pay everything together.I paid, and the manager came to the table with the receipt and asked for the tip, I told him that I had added on the bill, when he heard me saying that, he freaked out! He said I had to do it later and not at that time because he wouldn't gain anything! I was with my young children and we heard a lot of insults and swearing. We don't live here, we are visitors and we don't know how it works. My children were very scared by the way we were treated. I simply had no reaction.

Don’t come here - especially for a special occasion. Came here for a group of 10 for my friends birthday. our server basically threw a temper tantrum when we wanted to eat family style claiming we didn’t order enough food even though we all had drinks on top of our shared plates. He them added additional orders of the food that we ordered. Then one of us asked if they do anything for birthdays he said yes and proceeded to charge us for a chocolate mousse. If you’re going to charge for the birthday dessert at least let them order which one they want? when we confronted him about not ordering the mousse he had another temper tantrum pointing and yelling at the girl who asked if they do anything for desserts. He then also tipped himself 20% even though they don’t state anywhere that they add automatic gratuity. The food was okay but extremely overpriced.

The waiter was so rude, he started sassily forcing us to order more entrees with no reason because there is no disclaimer on the menu. Then proceeds bonk me on the head with a plate, it was an accident but definitely did not aid the experience. Ambiance is good I guess but theres better places around. Don't order the hummus, that is not even hummus. Don't spend your money on that dish. Fries were good though. On top of all of this, at the end he charged himself 20% tip AND charged us the house birthday mousse when we just asked what they offered for birthdays. They never mentioned it wasn't on the house. Then was rude to us again and was even getting aggressive. SUCH a BAD experienceMy first and last time here.

The hostess is so rude and does not represent New York City. We had a reservation for brunch and instead of seating us at our table she told my friend to "let her do her job" and then sat a different party at our table and then we waited 45 min to be seated.We came back later for our night reservation to dance and she let most of my friends in except three of us even though we had a reservation for my friend's birthday. When I walked in she tried dragging me out by my coat.Go somewhere else where the staff is organized and respectful.
