I have visited Felix many times and in December I stopped by to try their toasted marshmallow latte, which I had seen all over the internet. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The cashier was rude and offered poor service. To make matters worse, when I ordered the latte she told me with a slight attitude that there were only three glasses available for the latte, causing an unexpected and frustrating wait. I ordered something else and sat down to wait to meet friends there. When I followed up and asked her about it again, I was told that I would have to wait until the previous customers finished their drinks, so they could wash the glasses. Even after the guests were done, the tables were not cleared, and the glasses that I needed just sat there, unattended as the baristas were behind the bar having a chat and actually laughing at customers. I ended up ordering another coffee and leaving, but the overall lack of attention and poor service made the visit very disappointing. This was one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve had in NYC. How can a well known place have only 3 glasses and make customers wait?

Truly the loveliest, friendliest baristas I’ve ever met. I started coming 3 times a week for work because of them. Vibe in the place is great. Only problem with Felix is that they have a super annoying WiFi system where you need a receipt and they kick you off after an hour.
