I recently visited this restaurant for the second time, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it was far from satisfying. Despite paying $22 for a plate with supposedly extra chicken, I was disappointed by the portion size and, more concerning, the chicken was undercooked. It’s a shame because I really wanted to enjoy my meal here. Hoping for improvements in the future.

There is no better chicken than Fields Good Chicken! But I must say I am particularly loyal to this brand because not only have they proven to be wonderful when everything is going well, they also showed how a business should be when things are going wrong too…They accidentally charged me for a canceled order and when I brought this to the attention of the store manager, Karen, she immediately followed up with corporate to get the charge reversed. There was a technical difficulty but Karen kept following up with me until she finally put me in touch with the Area Manager, Amie.Amie was so kind and apologetic, like Karen. Then when the issue finally got resolved Amie told Karen to provide me with my favorite order on the house. They delivered it to me with a hand written note.I was so impressed with how kind and helpful they were the one time I had a negative experience that it actually made me more loyal to this brand and location than I was before the incident!5 Stars in all areas from food to service and I absolutely will be coming back here again asap!

My colleague and I have been wanting to try this place. And so glad that we stopped in. Nice and clean. Bright. Welcoming. Starquan at the counter was very friendly and pleasant. Food came out quickly. The crispy chicken is BOMB. I had a bowl and so did my friend. We were both happy with our orders. The side of Mac n cheese was a miss. Not a fan but everything else was good. Will come back to try the chicken sandwich another time.

My first time here. I wanted something healthy, so I ordered the Cobb salad with herbed chicken. It was absolutely delicious. I can’t recall the young ladies name, but her customer service was stellar. I can’t wait to try other healthy options on the menu.

I found this place randomly. Surprised by the friendly and upbeat staff. Price for a meal was fair, considering it is uptown Manhattan. The roasted half chicken was really good, not too salty and had an herb seasoning to it. The barley and broccoli was also good. It was not a large meal, but it was filling.This restaurant is more of the health food/organic type of fast food place. It has that vibe. The modernized look is also not bad. Plenty of places to sit compared to other fast food places in the area.Would recommend.

Horrible service, bland food, 0 stars if i could. Came for food with a few friends and the system for cash was down. We were told to use the self checkout which took our money but never sent the order to the kitchen. A staff member took our order manually and then forgot about it. We waited 40 minutes for soupy mac and cheese, mediocre salad, and about 10 fries. The chicken sandwich was decent. Not worth returning to.

I don’t know if it’s the staff, or the brand of salt this place uses but it seems that for a place that is making somewhat healthy fast food the amount of salt they use to season their food is enough to elevate anyone’s blood pressure or at minimum swell them up. I’ve tried them on several occasions and want to say that the last 3 times I can’t even swallow the food.Unfortunately I’ve taken my food to go so by the time I realized how salty I can’t even go back. This time not only was it too salty but they forgot the cornbread that I didn’t plan on ordering but they like to offer as an add on after every order and I hesistantly said yes… But definitely won’t keep throwing my money away at this location anymore…
