Tried ordering a Kale Caesar Wrap at Fields Good Chicken (599 Lexington Ave) via their kiosk — it charged me but never sent the order to the kitchen. Staff insisted I pay again instead of fixing the issue. Left with no food and out money. Avoid this place — terrible customer service and shady billing practices.

Two carry out bowls were excellent. One was a special seasonal bowl with brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes with a tasty sauce. Also had the chickpea bowl which was also quite delicious. Purchased during lunchtime, food was quickly ready and quite warm.

Got the chicken tenders today and boy it was one of the best chicken tenders i had, good and friendly staff, clean place and cozy.
This place would be 5 stars but they decided to cheap out on the packaging and it ruins the meal with all the sides (hot and cold) coming together in one box. They claim it’s temporary but it’s been 2 months.

Food just wasn’t good. Chicken was very grey and dry, corn was cold, Mac and cheese was wet and thin. A little sad because the menu and photos look so good. Service was fine, very nice staff in a clean store. Maybe today was an off day.
