Came with my daughter and was treated to a Cod bowl and roast chicken. There were plenty of portions and the food was delicious! I really want to point out that the beautiful lady taking our order was kind, engaging, extremely competent and courteous. Really great atmosphere.

This is a great option at 30Rock! The food is excellent, the location is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. I have to specifically call out Kima who was so helpful, kind and prepared some incredible meals for us! Will definitely come again!

Was welcomed by a very friendly lady who was very kind in introducing the restaurant and suggesting what to get since it was our first time. The food here was very good, the vegetables tasted amazing but I did wish there was a little more because the rice and chicken were a bit overwhelming. But the interior is very nice and cozy with Caribbean music accompanying the vibe.

We were in NYC for our Wedding Anniversary and we went to the Rockefeller Center looking for a place to eat lunch. We passed by this place and decided to eat there. Sooooooo glad we freaking did!!! The selection of food they have is wonderful! Delicious and authentic!!!! I recommend the salmon and braised beef bowl, crispy fish, roast chicken. The Banana Dessert (Itbwas so good I forgot the actual name of the menu) but everything is delicious!!! Omg! And their delicious refreshing House drinks too, Passion Thyme Tea and Sorrel, strawberry Lemonade. The price is very very reasonable and affordable. In addition, The staff are accommodating, super duper extra nice, very warm and welcoming to customers!!! When we said it's our anniversary they let us try their Sweet Plantains (that was a bomb!), and their Yucca Chips. We came back before our trip is over to try different menus and ordered food take to the airport for us to eat at a later time before our flight. Overall an amazing experience! Wr wish they have a branch here in California, specifically in L.A :) I also heard alot of awesome and good stuff about the owner Chef JJ. I purchased his recipe book and they are so nice to have him sign it and will send it to me. I can't wait. I highly recommend this place! Inrarely post reviews, but this place deserves to be known by alot of people.

This place is gross. The person in the kitchen for whatever reason was not using any type of utensils to prepare the food. She was wearing gloves true, but she used her hand to do everything. grabbed a handful of rice, used her hand to grab some veggies, used her hand to pull out a tray from the oven, and then throw out a glove, put on a new glove and grabbed a hand full of shrimp for me, and salmon for another customer. This is no only wasteful but unnecessary and unappetizing. The kitchen itself looked like a mess, and the people working are not friendly. They asked for me name and then just tossed the bowl near me and walked away. No idea if that was for me or someone else. Why even ask for my name? First and last time I go there.

While the food was flavorful, the food was a big soggy/sad from having sat in the bag for only a few minutes before being eaten. Had been also hoping for a bit more seasoning/spice/acidity throughout the dish while it was lacking a decent amount of pickled onion. Overall a great option if you're wanting something different from Sweetgreens or Chipotle, but portions are lackluster compared to those two.

What a wonderful discovery, Fieldtrip at Rockefeller Center! I tried the braised beef bowl, which is one of the most popular orders I was told, and it was fresh and delicious. The yucca chips are a great snack and the honey plantains were a sweet treat.
