It was good! The taste of the original milk tea is subtle and not too sweet. The boba is also well cooked and sweetened. I honestly didn’t find it anything out of the ordinary but it wasn’t bad in any sense. I agree with it. But it wasn’t life changing as some may say. I cannot lie to you.

Fiftylan reminds me so much of Koi in Asia—great quality and consistency. I always go for the original jasmine green tea with konjac jelly. Their konjac jelly is a standout—perfect texture and flavor—and I haven’t been able to find anything quite like it anywhere else. I just wish they had a location in Queens so I wouldn’t have to travel so far for my fix!

I went here on a whim after seeing the decorations and was blown away. Their honey boba is great and, after visiting multiple times, I’d say that their entire menu is great.

I frequently visit the store 1-2 times a week at the very least. Today I went and gave the feedback that the tea seems to become very astringent before closing, most likely due to the tea sitting for a long time. It sometimes feels like a hit or miss, if you go in the afternoon usually the tea tastes fresh, if later in the day you get the bitter and astringent version. Note that this is pure tea, since milk tea doesn’t differ that much cause it’s less dependent on the tea quality. I was advised by staff to leave a review so that management can reach out to me. Would like to ask for a refund or complimentary drink for the next visit, happy to update my review if customer service can be better.

It's so bullying and unreasonable, because we worked so hard to collect 10 stamps to exchange for a drink, but they wouldn't exchange it for us, and they just threw away our card point cards! It is so rude to discriminate against us as yellow people! You can go check the monitor and take a look at the situation at that time. It is obvious that your employee is lying. The man who threw away my point collection card was a male supervisor wearing glasses. The way you handle it is simply deceiving! I have no need to lie, an international chain brand beverage store is really disappointing!
