I frequently visit the store 1-2 times a week at the very least. Today I went and gave the feedback that the tea seems to become very astringent before closing, most likely due to the tea sitting for a long time. It sometimes feels like a hit or miss, if you go in the afternoon usually the tea tastes fresh, if later in the day you get the bitter and astringent version. Note that this is pure tea, since milk tea doesn’t differ that much cause it’s less dependent on the tea quality. I was advised by staff to leave a review so that management can reach out to me. Would like to ask for a refund or complimentary drink for the next visit, happy to update my review if customer service can be better.

It's so bullying and unreasonable, because we worked so hard to collect 10 stamps to exchange for a drink, but they wouldn't exchange it for us, and they just threw away our card point cards! It is so rude to discriminate against us as yellow people! You can go check the monitor and take a look at the situation at that time. It is obvious that your employee is lying. The man who threw away my point collection card was a male supervisor wearing glasses. The way you handle it is simply deceiving! I have no need to lie, an international chain brand beverage store is really disappointing!

Solid old fashioned taiwanese boba. It's a chain that's been around in Taiwan since I was a kid. Other than it's kinda pricey for what it is (but I get it it's NY). The flavors of the boba is exactly like how it is in Taiwan.

golden oolong tea was really refreshing! i really enjoy their small bubble, nice interior and love the service. however, you have to request for straw lol
I was expecting a little more from this place as it has pretty high reviews. Overall, it is quite generic and not better or worse than most places in the area. I ordered an oolong milk tea. The tea taste is quite weak so it tastes more like sugar milk with a hint of tea. I prefer my bubble tea with a stronger tea flavour.

One of my new favorite bubble tea spots in the city!! Have not seen anything about them and found them by accident. So happy I did. Cute interior, really nice employees, delicious drinks. Their brewed tea is wonderful and I love the amount of jelly I got in my drink. Cannot remember if it was lychee or coconut but loved it all the same. Perfect for a hot summer day! Also love the humongous boba replica lol Will definitely be back.
Now for my standard comments. Location is small and kept very clean. Very comfortable going in and out.

Previous message⬇️ Ordered a cup of golden pearl milk tea, half sugar and less ice Milk tea is just ordinary milk tea, but the pearls are quite special. The pearls are chewy and bouncy, and not very sweet. They taste better than the usual black pearls.
The price is also very reasonable, about 6-7 yuan.
The little black guy who helped me order was very good. He introduced me to the reward card (the kind with a seal) and explained that the straw was made of paper and might be difficult to insert, so he gave me a knife for easy use. All I can say is it's very nice.
