Small restaurant with tables very close to each other and small chairs. We decided to get pizza to go instead of eating there. It was very good the caprese and meatball, very tasty and fresh. A little pricey at for small pies, but it’s the city.
Pretty decent pasta, service was decent as well. Nothing impressive except for the bread they gave out in the beginning.

Carbonara feels like school food. Very disappointing. Hyper expensive for the quality.

My friend is a regular and brought me to this spot on a late week night... Walked into a live musician play very calmly in the corner. Service was a tad slow since it seemed like only 2 people working everything but the service was still phenomenal! The food and drinks were delicious.. Chicken Francese hit the spot. One of the best tiramisu I've ever had! I might have to become a regular too!

I think last time we got food here, I added a star. This time it was almost as good, but not quite.

This gem never fails to please. Although it is located on a busy corner, it is quiet and inviting inside. Service is first-rate and menu selections are many. I had a salad made with fresh calamari, tomatoes, and various greens. It was large and delicious, so I opted to take half of it home with me! My date had an equally delicious salad made with grilled shrimp. We finished the meal with a slice of cheesecake and coffee.
I'm really surprised by all of the raving reviews. Came here while my dad was in the hospital down the street because it was close - loved that its a family owned place and the restaurant inside is inviting/ cool. However, it was slow and service was pleasant but inattentive. Food was mediocre at best. Had the penne vodka with chicken and linguine bolognese. Not worth it.
Great service; fresh, tasty food

This place is amazing. Friendly service, delicious food and nice cozy atmosphere. I got the prefixed menu for Easter. Thr lamb chops were out of this world. They have the best Tiramisu ever.
Finestra, in my opinion, is the best Italian Restaurant on the upper East Side. Simone and team are so warm and welcoming and make you feel so appreciated. The service is superb and the food is first class. We are been patrons for many years and it keeps getting better and better.
