I am so disappointed. we were enjoying our 2 nights stay until we pick up our car from valet service. our car was definility used by somone during this 2 nights. we had a car sits in a back of our car which were definility moved out of the car and someone put them back ...but they didn't do that correct. why someone would take the children car seats???? all our seats were in different positions then we left. not only the driver one. beside that our mats under the sits are gone!!!!!!! we talked to manager and he told is he will try to resolve that and fallow up with a parking and give us call.. of course we did not receive any call back. very disappointed and angry!

We had a wonderful family stay at the Omni Berkshire over Easter this year. Lovely clean rooms and a great location for all the sights. The highlight for us was the amazing staff- they were always smiling and so welcoming. Our children still talk about how wonderful Mary & Joey from the concierge were and how much they’d like to go back and see them.

The breakfast was exceptionally mediocre, while the prices were surprisingly high. It wasn't bad food, just very average for $33 a plate. Nice hotel attached, but zero reason to eat here.

This place is amazing and the service is impeccable!I wanted to go just for a coffee and to charge my phone. They were very accommodating; and seated me next to an outlet.I also needed to use the rest room, proceeded to feel very sick, and they completely took care of me until my cousins could come to pick me up.It's a wonderful atmosphere and I highly recommend, either for tourists or for New Yorkers who need an upscale Starbucks!

If you're looking for medicore and uninventive coupled with unaffected service, stop into this hotel bar. Frankly, I'd be surprised if anyone not staying at the hotel would go to this hotel restaurant/bar. I've been here having meals, coffee and drinks with people staying there. Recently I was there with a group visiting from Warsaw - there were 16 of us and we were going around introducing ourselves and the white-bearded bartender was clanking glassware. Three different people from our party asked if he could stop that for 15 minutes. He rudely declined saying he had work to do. He then proceeded to take each liquor bottle out and put them back into the overhead bar, making sure to clank each bottle. Not sure what kind of poor management allows this clown to be on the service floor at the same time as customers! Needless to say this was before 11 am on a weekend and the place was less than a quarter full and no one saw him mix any drinks - important work! Another reason to avoid this place!

Had breakfast there twice. Menu for food and beverages was good, but not very imaginative. Food was good, fresh and temperature appropriate. Service was extremely good - very attentive, but not intrusive. Our waiter was friendly and recognized us the second day, which is always a positive. Decor looks as though it could do with a fresh eye, both in general and in regard to upholstery. Tabletop accoutrements need attention! Salt, pepper, jams etc. were very sticky.

As the Fireside was at the Omni hotel we were staying at for a week, we at there four times. The first time we arrived around 11pm after a long drive from Niagara and were tired and hungry. The waiter was exceptionally nice and attentive. We ordered a pizza and Caesar salad to share. They were both delicious. The next night we had dinner there and had wonderful service and delicious food. I had the filet and it was perfect. We also found out that the owner of the hotel was closing Fireside and opening a new restaurant he is part owner in. I hope it will be as good as Fireside. My sister and her husband also arrived at the hotel a few nights later and we decided to have a late night drink and dessert there after the show. The service was bad, took about 20 minutes to get served, and the desserts were not tasty at all. A waste of calories and time. I ordered a chocolate martini and it was just so so. My husband and I then had our last lunch before heading out to the airport. The service was mediocre and things like my steak knife could not be found but the food was very good. Anyway, hopefully things will get back on track when they reopen. In the meantime, I feel it is a hit and miss restaurant which is why I rated them only a good.

Dinner was excellent and service too!! I had dinner at the Fireside 2 nights in a row while away on business and enjoyed 2 wonderful dining experiences!! I would highly recommend a dinner at the Fireside. A bit pricey but well worth it!

The shareable plates are the best. My favorites are the cheese-steak dumplings, fish tacos & lobster roll. The staff is always welcoming and warm. The food is always consistent.

I came here with a relative for her birthday and we were trying to find a place in the city that would accommodate us on short notice. Fireside was amazing. They quickly seated us and the decor was very festive for the holiday. Service was timely and the food was excellent. Small plates and main courses are very well priced for the ambiance. In addition, it was an excellent treat for the sous chef to come and check on the dining experience.

Been here two years in a row during our annual NYC visit. Every time I tell my husband the same thing - food is good, but the service is horrible. We waited 1 hour for dinner one night and another time it took 32 minutes to get a waiter to even take our order. On the plus side, they have a good kids menu.

Service and food were great. My son did not feel well and fell asleep on the super comfy bench and it was not an issue at all. They were very accommodating. We went there for breakfast the next day, too! The servers were quick to say that the buffet was the best value and also had the kitchen make eggs benedict for me to be part of the buffet. Not the best EB but the effort was there!
